Till now all good. Showroom is good. Renault Kiger Grey having 1 month waiting period. Staffs are polite. You can also take test drive of Renault cars. Showroom is little small in comparison to other showroom , rest all good.

A well staffed and more importantly well spaced showroom with human staff (not kind of robots kept for sell) where felt having family members to serve us.Laxman Sakhare was well cooperative and helpful throughout the exchange and delivery of my triber, a BIG thanks to this brother and other staff at PPS Renault.Cant stop recommending this place for your next Renault vehicle.

Got delivery of my Triber recently from PPS Renault, Baner.My experience here has been very good. They did assit me in taking auto loan, which was approved without any issue. Rest of the process (RTO, insurance, etc) was also taken care in a speedy manner by PPS. They also did fit my preferred accessories with perfection. Additionally they also suggested Waxoyl coating (includes underbody, engine and paint protection coating) which was very good and reasonable.My special thanks to Mr Laxman Sakhare who dedicatedly worked on ensuring a very smooth process from the booking till the delivery.

The space for customers is not enough. Tea coffee is never asked. Lack in hospitality but the cars and their business knowledge is definitely the main capturing thing.

Absolutely pathetic Service center. Completely unprofessional behaviour. If you dont follow their days of service or miss the date due to any reason the bucket list of service goes highhhhhhhh.They only want hasty money for their gradeless service. Half of the main parts of the vehicle are not available with them and if they are not able to rectify the fault they will give you some faltu reason like rat cut the wire and so on....Strictly avoid service at this center ...better to do it road side

Services provided from day 1 with test drive by Vikas and till delivery was smooth. Although they should have proper place to deliver the car with nice background or atleast at main gate of showroom. Car was delivered in parking lot with piller in background and no proper lighting.Good thing is they provide few basic car accessories also but they are of most basic and entry level quality.
