I have contact them 5,6 times I am trying to contact them from 10,15 days. Once they repliedand said we will tell you all information in 10 min today is6th day but they did not give any reply I have given them whatsApp msg they had seen but 6 days are gone and they did not give a single reply very worst 👎 Coustumer service very very worst 👎👎👎 .

Very poor and pathetic service..The staff personnel quoted very high price for local cycles.. Branded cycles like Hero and Hercules are not available here.. Rude staff..Parking place is available for four wheelers tooEasily visible and accessible from main road

Simply pathetic and deserves zero stars. I bought bicycle last month from here. Since day one, spokes and breaks were not working properly. I once visited store for this issue. They fixed something but still not working. Then I went on for 1st servicing and after servicing I saw none of the issues are fixed. When I complained and asked to get it checked on machine, he said wait till tomorrow if you want that.to get it checked. When I told, I would be putting reviews online, I was asked the to do whatever I want and leave the shop ASAP.

I wish I could give them zero or negative stars. I recently bought cycle from here and I see it is very costly as per the quality of it. Also, the after sales service is worst and within 2 months I had to replace the breaks (on my own) and store did not take responsibility.

Before you buy anything please check rates onkine and from nearby shops as I did this mistake.The cycle that i bought is available on Amazon at 10k and u bought this from the shop at 14k. Everything is very costly. Wont recommend at all.

Pathetic service after buying their product :(

This is the worst cycle Store I have ever seen. I bought bicycle a month ago and its tyre bursted within 15 days that too when bicycle was standing at my home. When I asked them, they were like these are branded tyres and we are not responsible for it. When I went to other shop to change the tube, he said this is not branded tube, but the local one. Very pathetic after sales service. Also bicycles are too costly. You can better go to Decathlon Wakad, which recently opened near Bhumkar Chauk at Vision One mall. They have very good quality, after sale service and descent prices

The shop has great variety of options and reasonably priced products. On purchase of a bicycle (that too after enough bargaining) I got a surprise gift of a helmet without even asking for one. They also gave one free servicing within 45 days of purchase and Im happy with that too. Service was not just free but also effective. Staff is also very courteous & cooperative.

Third class cycle service. Arrogant owner.....cheating with customers in pandemic situations. Taking advantage of current market situations. No value to customer...think multiple times before visiting here. If you try to bargain, he talk in way like you are bhikari.

I had purchased imported kids bicycle but cycle break vary third class and always jam, i visited service center 5 times but problem not solved and national cycle employees not responsible also ower not response very well.

Good variety and nice collection of the cycles and tricycles.But the staff is too less.After selecting the cycle.. the accessories fitment takes too much time.Also the accessories fitment area is near to rest rooms.... Which makes impossible to stand there due to strong and dirty smell.

Ignorant behavior of staff people after a purchase is the trademark of the National cycle chain of outlets. Their after sales service is an illusion.Besides, the variety here isnt very good either, you wont find even one bicycle that has all the features you wanted before coming here. Youll be compromising on your desires because even the ones that do have ANY useful features, are overpriced.Pune City has much more outlets, lots of variety, much more competition between retailers.Youll find much more value there.

I have been buying cycles from this store since I was a 10.However, this review is for a paid servicing of Montra Madrock that was bought in 2017.Good place to buy a cycle.However, DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CYCLES HERE!!TLDR Version:• Charged 650 Rs. for servicing.• Recycled black engine oil used for oiling whole cycle instead of non-sticky chain lube .• My issues werent solved.• Wont let guys from this store touch my cycle again. >_

Worst behaviour of owner & staff:While Buying a Keysto cycle the owner offered me a very special price of Rs 10640 as he wanted to liquidate the over stocked green colour cycle. Later I enquired & found the price of same model as Rs 9000 in other shop.The brake lever broke while using after 4 months & they charged heavily to change the complete gear shifter assembly as they were not able to supply the child part.The behaviour of owner is good while buying but worst while servicing 😢

Not even worth of one star. Service people are rude. After buying the cycle just wanted to buy a seat. They were not even ready to show. There are many good other options for buying cycle than this. After service is not a chance. Dont know why such people are still in market.

Do not go there unless you just want to overspend your hard earned money. Even for minor defects they would suggest a full service and a part replacement for no reason taking your tally to a thousand bucks.

I took new model of phantom city ride from here. The cycle tube has start giving problems in 1 st week and got puncture twice. Rather than understanding the problem and changing the defaulter tube of cycle. I had faced problem in service and which got changed only after talking to phantom agency at Pune. The worst the first tyre tube got burst and now just after 2 months I need to get it changed. Be aware of this problem of phantom city ride and the seller job is done after your purchase and the you become problem if you go problem with bicycle.
