Mobile is repaired. But handling is very careless. 1 month old mobile already looks like years old. Work is not effieicnt.
Very Poor service. They give answer like come after 10-15 days. Dont have even basic spares. Not happy.

I had ordered Gionee A1 charger and paid 100% payment on ordered date only. I had been assured that I would get it in next 3-4 days. But even after a week I was getting reasons that stock is not available right now.. I am really fed up to take follow up regularly. In morning it has been promised that I would get it in afternoon.And In afternoon it has been promised that I would get it on next day. Since last 1 week I am facing this morning-afternoon-evening.. Schedule..Now they are saying to take back the money. Not getting words for such kind of pathetic service.
Arrogant behaviour.Uncertain timings.I came at the service centre in the afternoon, the shutter was partially closed. When I knocked, the person at the centre shouted at me, and told me to wait for 1 hour as it was his lunch break. It is clearly mentioned that the centre will accept entries till 6pm. Extremely poor service.
Service center is good but small space for customer for waiting, but still this service center manage seating for 9persons, You get immediate response here but first you have to fill up a small form on that form you will get number.Service is good & fast no fake promises made to customers, I had Nice Experience and i got mobile of which screen was damage within 3days
Replaced parts are not genuine , may not even work for an hour. Dont visit.
1. taken 2600/- and put duplicate display and attached to phone using fevicol, when i given the phone in another service center mistake was realised.2. service is fast but faking people in name of authorised center.3. worst exprience
It is bad experience with gionee service center no respect and lack of knowledge about gionee phone. Without understanding the problem just reacting and calling next day. The person whos repering mobile not in the office. Very bad service.
Not received the response expected. No repair done and even in warranty period, they were charging 4000 Rs. Very bad experience. Thats where Indian Mobile companies under loss / not doing well.
Worst phone Gionee and worst service center . Dont buy Gionee phones.
