I got a Red eared slider from here. They sold me an ill turtle with serious metabolic disease. The turtle died in 4 days. They are the worst. They did not keep the turtle in clean water. Do not buy from them. The turtle had a very soft shell. When I asked the reason for the softness, they said that it is because he was small and young. They are not good sellers and will not guide you properly

I reccomend you dis place because when you a buy a fish.. Its usual..But when you and your fish need someone to guide through medication and illness..They are very supportive for this. Use best for best life of fish..Its really been a good exprince to have betta fish buyed frm this place a year ago.. And yet they are still supportive for it..! Thank You..!

I bought shrimp and a plant fertilizer from this shop , He sold 2X times the original price and also this plant fertilizer contains copper, it killed few of my shrimps. Would never recommend to buy anything from here. (I lost 4 blue dreams shrimp and 7 Amano shrimps because of this uneducated idiot selling me shrimp and a copper fertilizer together).

They have maintained the tanks in so poor way that those are full of pest snails. I bought some aquatic plants from them couple of months ago and now my tanks which was maintained well for years is infested with pest snails completely. All plants are also infected. Do not buy ani plant or fish from them. Very unhealthy.

I bought few shrimp and a plant fertilizer, afterwords I came to know that what plant fertilizer he sold to me for Rs400 is selling on Amazon for Rs200,(exactly same product), and also low grade shrimp much more costlier than high grade shrimp, I am feeling cheated would never recommend this.

Owner is very polite and explains every question of a customer. I have visited many aquarium shops in PCMC but from my point of view fish paradise is the best. Owner is polite. Amazing collection of fishes, live plants and well maintained tanks except Betta (Fighter) fishes. Owner was told me price of Betta fish is 200/fish. When I visited shop, 4 Bettas were in bad shape n dull. One was in glass was also dull in color and activity. One Betta which was in plastic container was colorful n active, I found only this betta good for price. Only one request to owner, please maintain quality of Betta fishes and please keep them in clean container/ glass bowl. No any quality issue with other fishes, price of any fish is reliable/no so costly. Best off luck for future of your business.
