Its not just named Platinum studio, but also gives a platinum experience. I wanted to buy a gas stove and was searching for options online and offline. Came across this store and finally dropped here last Sunday.The experience was good. Did not feel like going to another place and check more options. The person there was kind enough to take on our silliest query.Was worried about the delivery as mentioned in some of the reviews, but as promised the delivery was made yesterday evening.Now lets see for the installation of the gas stove if they arrive on time. Will add that to the review.

Good explanation by the sales team. Sufficient options on display for selection and decision making. Cooperative staff at the showroom.But very poor delivery. Waiting for my delivery since 24 Aug 20. Extremely unprofessional installation from Faber customer service center. The quality and workmanship of Faber is questionable.

Staff is on toes to guide u & serve you at ur best. All good quality branded products available. Various variety is seen for better selection. Worth buying.

Pathetic service....... Very disappointing... Service not given on time.... Trying to call since 2 days.. Not got any reply on time......... Service care is very rude... The person who came for the installation was extremely rude... Called him but gave a veryyy... Arrogant and annoying answer and cut the phone... Pathetic response and extremely disappointing result...... Would never suggest..... Actually would not even give them 1 star... Deserves 0 star

Extremely unprofessional and pathetic customer service. Recently purchased a cooking range from this retail outlet & it’s been a nightmare ever since. They don’t deliver packed goods and no sense of after sales, just pass you from pillar to post. Still am awaiting a refund for goods they haven’t been able to deliver post being committed and numerous follow ups. Extremely unprofessional and don’t attend phone calls. Would strongly recommend to stay away from this brand as truly leaves you with a foul taste, especially post the money you spend. I would have sincerely preferred giving a negative rating, if the option would permit
