Paid for 60 minutes. Massage lasted for 35 minutes. Therapist was like completely non interested. esa lag Raha tha wo mere pe ehsan kar rahi he..Complete waste of money and time.

Masseur was good. She was a professional and understood that I needed medium pressure and continued till end. Thing I liked about the masseur is her interest to give a good massage. She went about her work silently and patiently. Place - entry and linen arent that clean.

I visited the place today- I had an appointment at 10AM but no one turned-up till 10.15- The actual massage was for less than 40 minutes- I opted for Aroma massage and I was told that NO PRESSURE will be applied. This is the first time ever. Why would anyone do massage where no pressure would be applied.- Avoid if you are after real massage

Have been visiting this spa for a year now, I must say that the quality of service has deteriorated and so has the cleanliness and aesthetics of the spa. Their thai staff has moved out and now they have all NE staff, who is not as skilled as the earlier one.Reception : The staff at the reception keeps changing, i guess they are bored too working in a dim lit space. In most spas i have noticed that they play music and often put aroma diffusers, you wont find any in Bliss. The welcome is too bland :(Rooms : Rooms are equipped with small shower cubicles, but i guess the staff also takes their bath in the same shower, If you happen to visit in the evening you can see hair / soap blocked in the drain. The room needs a serious makeover, the wallpaper is off the walls, you can see the wooden flooring ruptured at places. Also the entire room has a oily floor which makes it even difficult to walk after a massage. They do supply cosmetics but i guess nobody uses it. The showers sure need a thorough cleaning. Also the rooms need a secure door rather than just curtains!Ambience & Hygiene : Though the spa cuts the noise off the street, it fails to mute the noise within the spa. The staff is constantly moving around the spa, giggling, talking over the phone or to each other. This really is a big turnoff as it kills the peaceful ambience, you cant relax your mind and are constantly aware of the noise around you during the massage.From an hygiene standpoint, they need to change the setup and get massage tables instead of floor beds, I am not sure if the disposable sheets on the massage table are changed as on couple of occasion i observed oil on them, and requested it to be changed. Also their massage towels are always wet, I am sure the towels are being reused for clients. This is a big hygiene concerns, In past couple of visits I carried my own dry towel!If you take a NB coupon, it promises you to get a welcome drink / Green tea, but none is provided! The hospitality part of spa is just off, its more of come to the spa, get a massage and get out.The management needs to focus on the service , ambience and hygiene. If this continues I am sure in years time the spa will be only a paradise for happiness seekers!

They dont even deserve half star. Worst experience. Very rude receptionist didnt have manner to talk with coustmer talk on phone wile giving info. Even after the session instead of asking feedback there phone call was important for them.Therapist was asking for h*n*d j*b...🙄🙄🙄 Wtf🤬🤬🤬
