Martial arts made me physically and mentally strong. Our Shihan Milind kangude is the best martial art teacher. Sir arranges different activities like camp and competition etc. I enjoy it a lot. There is a physical challenge in martial art which never ends... you learn self defence as well as many new things everyday. Currently I have completed my black belt 1st dan and still working out with class and want to continue in future. Martial art has become a part of my life. 😊
