The Hotel is Good for Staying. Its better to find low rates on trivago or Google. It is benefit you direct book a room.

Very good stay as was earlier. Nicely located with all the best facilities like swimming pool, Spa, restaurant etc. The front office team and the service personnel was well informed and the presence of the ***agement could be seen always around, talking to our organising committee on anything that needed to be done. Full value for money hotel.

Place name it self tell us it is combination of PUN - PUNJABI and CHIN - CHINESE. If u want to taste something different than usual food this is the place for you. Ambience is quite unique and service was good as well.Visit once and feel the different flavor of usual food.Lassi is most recommended.

Its a ok ok situation. Staff need to improve politeness. Punjabi & Chinese food was testy however need to improve quality more.

Dear Citrus Team, We really appreciated your responsiveness and we definitely got the feeling that you truly cared and only wanted the best for us. I really appreciated the additional services like office transportation, airport pickup and drop on. You can access local transport and Shivneri easily at walking distance. There are quite a few malls nearby the hotel.

Entrance lobby is well done up with a piano on the side. Hospitality of the staff Rakesh and Farida was very warm and accommodated all our requests. Havent been to a property that reasonably priced and with that comfort level. Swimming pool and gym is on the terrace and well maintained.

My self Sharma, i am working with a company called micro tuners and the company had a best choice to select this hotel for the employees. We spent a nice evening on the open terrace which was quite breezy. Quality & variety of breakfast. Great job my wishes are with you.

Good food.... Average bill... Good to visit

Enter the Punjabi restro and just say Woww..... First visit was unfortunately when Ginger didnt offer food at 11pm and we rushed to this One at 11.30. It was indeed a great place to eat though... So obviously our second visit was citrus.. Cool stay experience.. Loved it...!!!!!

NICE Restraunt

Pros: Ambience is good. They screen IPL matches.Cons: Quantity is less. They charge GST separately on Service Charge. When we declined to pay the Service charge(as that is optional everywhere), waiter behaviour towards us changed instantly.

My favourite restaurant. They have good spread of Indian veg and non veg with soup starrer chinese salad sweets in buffet.

Its truly happening place for party lovers. A perfect punch.

We could avoid loads of traffic snarls. I have checked in the night after 15 working hours, seeing my tiredness staff done my check in in the room itself and the staff was very very good in terms of towards guest service. Special thanks to Pooja, Krish, Naved.
