Ordered a chicken biryani via zomato and found an insect in it. Tried contacting the restaurant but the phone number provided on google and zomato is not valid. Worst quality and taste. I hope the restaurant addresses this post, admits its mistake and apologizes regarding the same.

Ambienece is great.. Kebabs a must try... Staff is cooperative and prompt in service.. Tried Chicken Biryani here..Its savoury in taste and quantity is enough.. So a win win on bost the cost and taste..

Food is good. Service is not so good. There is not much space in restaurant so you have to wait. There is no dedicated parking space, so parking on road is the only option.

Newly opened opposite Aashray hotel, near swargate, pune. The food was good, especially biriyani was excellent. They serve pandhra rassa nd tamba rassa, red rassa was spicy, lollypop was tasty, kabbabs were very juicy nd smoky. Service was very gud. Chicken tikka biriyani must try. U can also order biriyani kg wise. Parcel service is available.

I often visited the place for Biryani with friends, however the quality has declined too much..! Its no more the same.. So no more PK for biryani..!The rice is no more Dum & not the biryani rice too, it was literally dry, the chicken pieces used are not good, the service is not the same! This time it was a total waste of money, We were so frustrated that we provided the feedback there itself but no concern from PKSP biryani is not far from here!

I have tried chicken birayani from here which is average in taste. There is no DUM effects on the biryani, just chicken masala is covered in rice.The service point is very hope less. All staffs looks rude and not really bother about the service.I noticed one thing if you comes in a rich outfit the treatment is different which is very bad. Hope they will understand all the customers are equal.

A nice place to eat and lies near Swargate bus depot on a short walk. Alot of veg items and non veg items are available here to eat apart from biryani. The biryani I tried here was decent, the prices are also mediocre and not too high for the kind of service provided. The staff is very prompt at attendong you and food serving time is not too long.

It has very good interiors and its pretty eye catching and also has an outdoor space also for dining, menu has some good choices and the location is also a busy place and also convenient for travellers to stop by and dine. The food quality is quite standard and is served good. I just felt that the waiters were little lazy and not so humble with the customers, this has to he improved and hopefully in my next visit would see an improvement.

This outlet is more spacious than their other outlets located in mitra mandal chowk near swargate , same menu as their other branches , Biryani , tandoori , solkadhi should must try

Reached quite late in the afternoon so It started with a disappointment as they did not have Mutton Biryani but Chicken Biryani did not let us down.Biryani was not mind blowing but still was flavourful and tasty. Meat was very well cooked. Masala was balanced and well prepared.Only disappointment was the staff. We found that staff here was not attentive. We had to tell 3 different waiters to get one cold drink bottle opened. It took 10 minutes and 3 different waiters to change a small mistake in issued bill.Food was good, staff needs to improve.

Taste of Handi biriyani was best here but there is a lot of delay in service.
