The taste of Chinese here is kinda near to authentic, I had no acidity problem after having food from here , they dont put excessive Capsicum and cabbage as you get at other so called Chinese places. They do tell you to get some gravy main course with rice ..

I ate the Singapore noodles and manchurian. Taste and the quantity was pretty good and price were affordable.

A restaurant which has subtle nice chinese food.Ambiance is pretty good, restaurant is situated right on the main road at Jangli Maharaj Road.I like spring roll, manchow soup & fried rice of this restaurant. Mostly all the menu is nice.They also have separate washroom for gents & ladies.Garden type seating area is available outside + inside also sofa seating available.Price wise its reasonableService is goodCovid precautious taken by the restaurant.

China Gate has been serving the best Chinese Food at reasonable rate. I have been dining there for almost 5 years now and the taste is pretty much the same.

I visited China Gate during lunch hours with my friend. This restaurant is on JM Road, Pune. Four wheeler parking you have to manage yourself. This restaurant has two seating sections inside & outside. We preferred to sit in inside section. The ambience of the restaurant is nothing to talk about as it was old setup & require renovation.We started with Veg Manchow Soup & in the Starters we had ordered Crispy Chilly Potato. The Soup & the Starter were good.In the Main Course, we had ordered Vegetable Burnt Garlic Fried Rice, Vegetable Noodles Hakka & Veg Manchurian with gravy. Overall the food quantity is enough to feed 3 people with big appetites! The food was served hot & in a reasonable time. Vegetable Burnt Garlic Fried Rice, was missing two important flavours of this dish i.e. Burnt & Garlic. Vegetable Noodles Hakka, was quite dry, I could not eat it separately! I had to mix it with Veg Manchurian Gravy. Veg Manchurian Gravy was good.The staff were OK & the service was quick enough! Cost wise, a bit on the higher side!

The movie was better!!!This restaurant is in the heart of JM Road and the menu boasts a lot about their versatile Chinese dishes but I ordered Schezwan Chicken Fried Rice along with Mongolian Chicken thats more likely happened because I was watching Marco Polo recently on Netflix. Coming back to the dish... I felt it was bland and not upto the standard which are often offered in Mainland China and other premier chinese restaurants, also on the contrary part the prices were high as compared to the quality and quantity :(

Very poor and slowest service. If you need to relax in an air conditioned environment, this is the best place. No one bothers you even for taking orders. The bill as well needs to be paid by going to the counter. Walk few steps and you can have an amazing meal at the Dragon.

No hygiene maintained, the tap was leaking and even there was no handwash for cleaning hands. Service was very much pathetic. Food is okay, like any roadside but not restaurant types.

This the most underrated Chinese restaurant in Pune I think.....the exterior of the restaurant might not be appealing but it didnt bother me....the food was amazing..... There are a lot of dishes where you can choose from. He started SHOUTING BACK on us.While billing also he said no cards or online payment accepted...We asked him to give owners number and guess what he said OWNER IS DEAD.Attached is the managers pic.
