This used to be great place. Food was horrible yesterday. We suffered from extreme gas and stomach pain after eating horrible dinner at Cafe Arabia, seasons mall. Never going there again

IntroductionCafe Arabia is a food chain serving some great Lebanese food. They have 3 outlets across Pune. They are well known for their shawarma and grill chicken.FOODZaatar SaladZaatar is a spice mix made from fresh herbs like oregano, thyme along with some sesame seeds. This salad was having dressing made from zaatar spice along with some olive oil. The salad had some veggies like bell peppers onions cucumber and lettuce. Along with this veggies they also added grilled chicken strips to it. The salad was amazing the veggies had that crunch to it which is sign of freshness.Grill ChickenTheir one of the hot selling items is this. The chicken is marinated along with the skin of chicken. Then this is slow cooked on a rotisserie grill. The grill chicken had some spice from the sumac chilli powder. The chicken was perfectly cooked and was tender too. This was served with some pitas along with garlic toum and harissa dip.Mix MezzeThis was a platter having some of the best food items in the Lebanese cuisine. This plated had some Fattoush, 2 falafel bullets, 2 piece of grilled chicken, Chicken Shawarma strips, hummus, garlic toum, harissa, pickled veggies, grilled zaatapita. This platter is good enough to fill tummy of two. The chicken in this platter was also tender. The falafel was nice soft from inside and crisp from outside.This place has some great Lebanese food. The service is fast. They have not changed the authenticity of the food.

Visited this outlet of Cafe Arabia in seasons mall for a lunch with friends.We ordered Zaatar Chicken Salad, Mix Mezze along with Grilled Chicken.Taste was very good. Chicken was well grilled. It was tender and juicy.Salad was fresh and tasted very good.Falafel, Fattoush, Hummus and Zatar Pita all were good in taste.Service is quick and prompt. The staff helped us to decide the order.Overall, must visit place to try out some authentic Arabian food.

Visited Cafe Arabia on sunday afternoon to have lunch after watching movie. Its a small outlet located inside food court in Seasons mall, Magarpatta.Coming to food, we had:Zaatar Chicken Salad:It was made of grilled chicken pieces, lettuce, cabbage, olives, bell pepper tossed in zaatar herbs and lemon tahini dressing. Salad was really delicious. Even though I am not a fan of salad, I finished it all by myself.Chicken Shawarma Platter:This platter consisted roasted chicken pieces, pita bread, hummus, harissa, salad, pickled carrot and beetroot. Everything as a whole tasted so yumm.Arabia Grilled Chicken:4 grilled chicken pieces were served with pita bread, garlic toum, harissa, pickled beetroot and carrot. Chicken was cooked nicely and garlic toum tasted great.Overall its a good place to try Lebanese food.

Cafe ArabiaPlace where you will find arabian food. It is famous for its scrumptious food preparations like baklawa, shawarma, falafel, salads, pita and hummus.I am a huge fan of this place. I visited this place many times but today though of writing about it.Food they make is fresh and the place is hygienic. The taste of authentic hummus made me happy as i love hummus and pita bread very very much.That crunchy fresh salad is worth a try. Falafel is one of my favorites from their menu. Dont forget to try their shawarma.. its yummy

Cafe Arabia-Hands down the best Arabic Lebanese food in Pune. Its a small joint located at the food court in Seasons mall. The food served here is total VFM as per the portion size served and is wholesome. Also they dont compromise on your health and consider the hygiene factor.What we hogged on-1. Fattoush Salad- A Lebanon salad, made from fried pieces of flat bread, blended with greens- lettuce, bell peppers, mint, & tomatoes, olives, onions; tossed in Sumac. A colorful salad which is healthy yet flavoursome.2. 4 pc grilled chicken- This combo comprised of 4 grilled chicken pieces which were cooked to perfection, pita bread, harissa sauce and pickled carrot and beetroot.3. Falafel platter- Falafel were fried to perfection- crisp from outside and soft inside, served along with hummus, pita bread, spiced harrisa, garlic toum and pickled carrot and beetroot. Its a famous Arabic dish, which is delish, so do give it a try.Dont miss out on this place guys! Overall had delightful time here.

A huge shoutout for Cafe Arabia and its Arabian food. One needs to have a taste for it and since I had heard so much about the food served and the authentic hummus I thought of visiting it finally.Here is all that was ordered.Zataar Salad - Chicken so well cooked with just the right amount of mayo and iceberg to add crunch...the dressing with mixed herbs flavors was just too good. Loved it.Chicken Shawarma Platter - Well this is what they are known for, hummus and pita bread. Made so well with actual flavors. The bread was so soft and tasty.4 Piece grilled chicken - I did find this bland but they said that the chicken is roasted that ways and then I actually saw it to believe it that he was right. It was the curd based mayo and another dressing / sauce given to add flavors. So well cooked...easy to break and chew...Me and my mom canned it.Loved it overall...I am surely coming again for more options to try.

In our recent outing for a movie in the mall, we strolled at the food options and reached cafe arabia. Because of the ganpati festival we chose to eat veg and were not sure of their veg offerings. Ordered a falafel platter - Crisp yet soft falafel pcs with ample greens inside them served with hummus and a salad on the side with pita bread was a complete meal for 1, (also we ordered 1 extra pita bread). We also ordered a paneer shawarma with rice and soft cubes of paneer along with butter rice and salad was good. we ended our meal with baklava which came in a black box and priced at Rs70 was an excellent end to our meal. By far the best Lebanese Middle Eastern food we have tried in pune. Keep up the good work guys.

Utterly disappointed. I went there based on the reviews on Google Maps and Zomato, and it wasnt even hlaf that good. Also, this was the most famous place online in terms of Shwarma, which is why I ordered that. It isnt a Shwarma what they serve here, it was more of a chicken roll and it failed being good at that too.

If you like Arabic cuisine, you should try this place.I love thier pita breads and hummus. Its done so well.I ordered a plate ofZatar Salad- It was nice with well cooked chicken pieces, and loads of lettuce.Chicken Shawarma platter - This was too good. Flavorful chicken accompanied by well made hummus. With pita bread it did taste really well.4piece grilled chicken - This was quite disappointing. The flavour was good, however the chicken was quite underdone. Could not eat this, chicken was so raw from the inside.

A good place for Lebanese Cuisine. Specially try the Chicken Shawarma roll it is rich in taste juicy chicken. Overall Hygiene and food quality is also awesome

Cafe Arabia is one of the corner shops in the food court of Seasons Mall; however it is one of those stores that have been there since long. The quality has remained consistent and along-with prices have always been one of the top reasons to come back here. Order anything from the menu, you will not be disappointed. My go to place for Lebanese food and Shawarmas in pune. Don’t expect too much from service or ambience because it is in the food court and self-service but it is definitely worth a visit

Loved the Mix Mezze, Chicken Zatar Salad and Grilled chicken pieces. These were served with hummus, garlic toum, harissa dip and pita bread. I also enjoyed the crispy falafel which was a part of Mix Mezze! Service was good too.

Cafe Arabia has been the harbinger of Middle Eastern cuisine in the city and Ive been frequenting it since almost a decade now.The QSR chain serves up a mix of classic Middle Eastern offerings along with some fusion variations all at a very VFM price point.My forever favourite thing to order here is the Falafel platter. Priced at ₹220, it comprises of Pita bread, hot falafels, hummus, pickled carrots & labneh. All the flavours are on point. If youre new to Middle Eastern fare, this is what you should begin with.On this particular visit, I tried the Fattoush salad (₹160). With sumac, herbed vinaigrette, lettuce, onion rings, peppers and cubed cottage cheese - although it was nice to eat, I definitely missed the crunch that the addition of pita chips would have given.For mains, I tried the Herbed buttered rice with paneer shwarma & hummus. The rice by itself is brilliant. The Paneer shwarma bits needs to be seasoned differently in my opinion. The masalas were too strong and tasted raw. I would lap up just that rice with hummus anyday!The Lemon Iced Tea was the only beverage available and unfortunately tasted neither of lemon nor of tea. Give it a pass.Cafe Arabia has plenty of grills on offer along with some absolutely VFM food combos. Its also a vastly healthier eating out choice. Do give them a try when youre shopping at Seasons Mall.

It was very harsh when i went to cafe Arabia. I had hummos chicken salad however i received my order which contained plastic paper instead of lettuce. I will recommend you who is having or going to have at cafe Arabia to check your order once before eating or if possible please try to avoid to go there if you have choices.

They do serve good mouth watering Lebanese and middle eastern delicacies. Not exactly as you could get in Lebanon or the Lebanese cafes and restaurants in the middle east but the taste is good and possibly one of the best in Pune.

Awful. Ordered Falafel and Hummus for 400+ together. Waited for 20 minutes (Hummus is done already, Falafel take five minutes tops). Hungry and annoyed I got up from my table and approached the counter.One of the guys was preparing my pitas by holding them against the grill. One dropped on the floor while I was walking towards him. He picked it back up, put it on the stack I ordered. I hope that bread you just dropped is not for me got ignored, he proceeded to cut the breads and a couple seconds later I was unable to know which bread just lay on the dirty floor.They served that as my food. Do not go there, do not eat there. Look at the floor behind the counter sometime if you want..

Earlier the restaurant was one of our favourite, but today our experience was not good. We had taken the Arabia Special Non Veg Meal. The rice served was not cooked well and cold. Chicken and salad quality wasnt like earlier. The service was also slow. I hope the manager take a note on this and try to improve the service like earlier.

We ordered chicken swarma (ata pita bread) , chicken hummus salad and 4 pieces of baked chicken with chickpea sauce. The food was overall good , with the ata pita bread as an unique twist. salad qunatity was good for 1 with the juicy chicken pieces. Thank you.

A small outlet in the food court of seasons mall. We had chicken shawarma there. The pita bread was very soft and thats what I liked. Overall the shawarma could have been better. The chicken could have been roasted a bit more.

This was my first visit to cafe arabia which is known for their Shawarmas and rotisserie chicken. I was extremely impressed with the quality of bread and sauces filled inside. hummus, tahini, garlic sauce and some salad (i requested for fries also to be put in my shawarma) and less spicy. The shawarma was a 5/5 and the turnaround time was very quick too. It was priced at approx 125Rs and was quite filling. looking forward to trying the rotisserie chicken in my next visit here.

Was hoping that will have good arabic food so ordered chicken shawarma snacker noticed Smell coming from pita bread immediately returned to guy and he doesnt have curtacy to check properly. Shameless customer service NOT WORTH

I wish there was an option of NO STAR!Absolutely pathetic food.. I ordered for a grill chicken and what I got was a spicy smelly stale chicken and the staff were just as pathetic. Though I left t entire tray even without a morsel, they didnt even have t curtesy to apologise.Tried complaining to their manager but that too in vain.Cafe Arabia needs to take a raincheck!!Franchise owners need to look into what their customers r being offered and definitely need to give some customer service advise and training to their staff. SEASONS MALL Needs to verify who it houses and leases its premises to.

Tried Shawarma here, it was good. I would recommend this place for Shawarma atleast.

Nothing close to Arabian taste. No Kabsa!! Then Arabia name itself is just misnomer.its just another indian food outlet.

It is just an ok restaurant.. Nothing special about it.. Usually we visit here for Grill Chicken. It tastes fines compared to other grill chicken. Shawarma is good. Biriyani is not that good with masala mixed unevenly. Overall good.
