Boulevard - The Orchid HotelWe came here for business stay and had breakfast here twice.Buffet had fantastic spread, consisting of almost all types of snacks, appetisers, desserts, salads, from Indian and continental, Chinese food. Food was really very delicious and fresh.Place is well lit and sound, with beautiful ambiance. Staff and management is very humble and cooperative too.Must visit place, if around.

Its a good restaurant. Ambience is quite nice. Its covered by huge glass on two sides. Only problem with this is ventilation which they could have provided since centralised AC isnt enough there. Other than that, its a nice restaurant with good quality food. You are getting a high variety of starters as well as desserts so visit this place with empty stomach :). It might be a little expensive for what we are getting but worth the try.

I went for lunch buffet, it was good. Fish hariyali, Prawns, Biryani and desserts were awesome. Service was great. Only thing disappoints me was the price. They had this enormous price tag for a buffet which wasnt serving much variety.

Paneer was soft and well marinated.Salads had a good spread which includes the non-veg variants as well.Coming to Live Counter: As I mentioned earlier that they had a Unique Live Counter, They had a Hand Cart placed within the premises and they were serving Italian Pav Bhaji. We actually hogged on this !! Nicely cut Penne Pasta were tossed in PavBhaji with some Italian herbs and loads of Cheese/Butter. It was served with the homemade fresh and soft pav.Mains: It was again a huge spread like Bhavnagari Salan and Indian Veg Stekar, Paneer E-Khas, Malaysian Stew Noodles, Steamed Rice and Dal Fry. My personal favourite was Paneer E-Khas and Malaysian Stew.Desserts: Along with some delicious Cakes, Brownies they also had luscious Traditional Indian sweets like Ghewar and Angoori Rasmalai.They also serve Alcohol which is the Plus point and a reason to visit.A big shout out to Neha for inviting us and Harshita and Team Boulevard for hosting us.Disclaimer: I was invited for a complimentary food tasting event. Being a member of The Orchid group we have few coupons and some other membership benefits to get pampered with. We were a group of about 10 guys for a Saturday lunch. Buffet was wide spread with variety of starters and desserts to choose from plus really attractive main course in both veg and non veg sections. We were impressed with the staff and manager as they were polite, skilled and supportive, considering how they were trying to gel with the 2 yr old kids with us and also because they cared about the comfort of us all, adults and kids. A place like this ought to have such skilled staff but it hurts none to give them compliments when they deserve. Thanks team Orchid for we enjoyed our get together at The Orchid Pune and look forward to many more occasions to visit your properties around india.

Very nice ambience with a lot of natural light. The food here is just okay.... nothing great but nothing particularly too bad either. Though the waiters are pleasant and polite, service is poor. You could be sitting there without any of the staff paying any attention to you. I had used plates piling up at my table and it was not until I got myself the desserts that my table was cleared. Expensive too.

Ambience is good. I have stayed multiple times in orchid and the food quality and taste provided by boulevard is excellent. One of the things i love about it is the staff and hospitality. Special mention for Arif who is my go to man, very humble and helping.

Ambience is good. Had opted for buffet, starters were less but taste was really good especially fish fingers and paneer balls. Main course had a lot of variety. Chocolate ice-cream was also good

Good if you have a offer like in dineout gourmet passport. 1000 is a bit overpriced. Chaat counter and dessert counter are the strong points

A good option for Buffet restaurant in Pune. We had an overnight stay at The Orchid, so had dinner as well as breakfast the other morning.To start with dinner, they had good varieties of starters. They also had three live counters,Momos : Just amazing and melting with perfect blend of ingredients.Pizzas : Were less crispy, and a bit chewy as well.Chaats : GoodThey had a wide range of salads, cold cuts, main course options on the buffet, both Indian and Continental & good options of desserts. The best part of the buffet was Mutton Biryani, good flavor and aroma, with soft meat.Coming to breakfast, just have to say that it could have been better, specially Idli, sambar and dosa.

Writing the review to help the folks who might want to visit the place for launch or dinner. Sadly, Orchid restaurants aint up to the mark anymore.I have been to the Boulevard restro quite a few times in past. With the same expectations, I visited again along with my family and extended family members.Unfortunately, they are now lacking badly on multiple fronts and also completely blurring the Star category tag of the property.1- Arranging table for 5 adults and 1 kid took them almost 15 mins and that too with couple of reminders to do so. In fact in the very beginning the front desk manager totally missed to recognize a need to guide us to a table suitable for all the members.2- For the dinner buffet, starters were required to be served on table. However, firstly the Staff did not even bother to inform us about it and ultimately we had to ask for the same. Secondly, the starters got served after 2 3 follow ups only. And this took a good 25 mins, ideally which was suppose to be ready considering the star tag that hotel carries.In any of the lunch or dinner buffet, starters are served very swiftly and without and persuasion.3- It was disheartening to see a few empty vessels at buffet platform. Surely staff wasnt aware of the need to refill the dishes. And I obliged to remind them about it.4- I found the practice adopted by many other biggies wherein they assign at least 1 staffer to the table so that they cater to every need of their customer swiftly, happily. It was lacking here and literally no one was bothered about how customers are managing. Felt like we were treated like - be on your own and pay us.5- We asked for Rotis, to rahance our exp they did not bring it until veggies in our plate got colder and some of us had already taken rice to move on. They took their own time to bring roti.By this time hope and hunger had left us. And so we happily paid a hefty amount for such experience at the payment counter and moved on. This was like someone rubbing salt on your wounds. I was given a mere ten percent discount for the pain we had to be through.Trust me many better restaurants are present in these areas, which are offering a value for money and are actually serving food with happiness.For me this even doesnt deserve 1 star.

The worst food. They supply expired products to customers. Mother diary fruit yoghurt manufactured in 31 Jan 2018 is valid for fifteen days.we were at the hotel for breakfast on 7th March 2018. Boulevard is the main restaurant of Orchid Hotel.One of the Orchids Hotels in Pune is located on Pune-Banglore Road Near Balewadi Sports Complex which is huge and has got various in-house facilities. It has got number of restaurants, a bar, a fitness and SPA Centre (under supervision of an instructor) , Swimming Pool, reasonably large lobby, number of conference rooms (Chamber one to four) and banquet halls (Crystal) of different capacity. Breakfast is served at Boulevard which is located just opposite reception on the FF which is reasonably spacious. Buffet and BF served here has lot of varieties. Quality of food served is good and staff helping. It provides free WiFi to all guests. Rooms are just OK, nothing special to mention. Merlins (Bar), Atrium (another place to serve BF), The Gourmet Shop (Cookies, Cakes etc) are its restaurants/bar. Environment inside hotel is good. Hotel is very spacious but need better cleanliness. Dust can be experienced around. It has got ample free parking. Give it a try and you may not be disappointed. Check-in may not be smooth, as they take reasonably good time to hand over room keys. Enjoy..

I am hardly disappointed with the food and services of the hotel , after having a very good fame and name the food which was served to us was waste of my money i went with two of my mates and none of us liked the food , the staff was so confused about the midnight dinner timings somebody told us 11:30 somebody told us 12 and we waited for almost 2 hours in the lobby , and after waiting the food was worst and i wont ever suggest anybody to go and have food .The food which was served seemed to be stale , and the food was all cold , nothing was served warm , the food was tasteless like everything was just soo bad that i dont want anybody to visit even for one , after paying a good money if you get such bad food from a reputes hotel its just a waste of time and money .
