Ordered tandoori chicken and mutton thaali, good crusty chicken with a tandoori taste. Good presentation and cleanliness throughout.

Decent place.Food was tasty.Not too spicy.Chapati was very tender and served hot.Loved the buttermilk.If you want decent Indian food then its a must go.

I ordered chicken Tikka biriyani but what the item served was chicken Tikka masala gravy was mixed with the half boil rice(used for fried rice). The behavior of the manager is too rude with customer.

Worst experience ! Very unclean, if you don,t care about hygiene visit this place. Mostly nonveg dishes. They dont care about custmer satisfaction. Pandhara Rassa is just a joke! Manager should atleast visit a Marathi restaurent to taste it. I dont recommend at all. Only good thing after complaining manager returned money for Pandhara rassa.

Has 3 restaurants in Lonavala next to eachother. One has veg and non vegetarian and other 2 are vegetarian. Dining area and food is Ok... should comply to standards of grade 2.

Today I raised a complain against my order to their manager. But the guy didnt respond to my concern and didnt spoke a word and ask me to pay the bill and leave. When your job is to earn money in return of food. Your job is to take responsibility of complain as well not running away from it. Everyone has suffered and some are still suffering due to the pandemic situation. I request you please dont try to recover the loss by stepping on common man earning. It wont give you success. Found a dead insect in my chicken manchow soup because of which we had to cancel all the soups ordered. But the staff is good and supportive. Satisfactory for a meal on budget.

Lunch starts early by 11.30. We had bangda fry, egg bhurji, chicken pahadi, mutton bhuna. We asked for extra spicy & got that. Waiters are well informed & their recommendations are band on. Pocket friendly as our meal was around Rs 1000.
