WORST AFTER SALES SUPPORT.NEVER CAN YOU CONNECT A CALL NOR WILL THEY CALL BACK.

It is worst software I have come across and more worst is its customer service. No response even after repetitive calls and emails. The software is not so developed to provide accurate results for which it is intended to.

Once again I wanted to revive my decision in terms of services1. Most Poor in terns of after sales2. Worst accounting system3. Management is not botherAll who is looking to buy the services, should not opt for such company.Advice people to buy some other product then thisWaste of money , time. I using this software from past couple of years, and GST software from past one year now looking to switch to some other software

I feel like giving zero stars ... no escalation process and if there is a complaint no body answers the phone to even respond to it. Emails dropped to support remain unactioned. In busy tax period we are struggling due to this software ... and using utility . Total waste of money !!!

I am CA Using this Software from very long time, it is most third grade software with no support team and no person responsible for updating same with immediate changes by Government side, pity to see this state of software. If you are planning to buy new one, please look somewhere else, these people are too busy to even pickup your phone and talk.
