Lots of bugs in their software. Their 2B reconciliation software is still in progress state and they are unable to live it till date. Kindly dont mislead people. Before selling ur software to customers kindly get your software fully functional . Guys dont buy their software unless they give free 2-3 months demo.

I have been using GSTHero for e-Invoice generation since December 2020.It is pretty easy fo use and e-Invoice will directly be generated from Tally software.Support team was helpful in hand-holding me when I was new to this process.

Such a 3rd class company, extreme bad experience i got today, you people are even unable to entertain new customer who is interested in your software, Yesterday (2/4/21) i requested twice on your customer care a meeting with marketing/sales person for details and quotation of your software, after 2-3 hrs so called executive called me and promised that quotation will be on your mail but no. Today (3/4/21) I called him and reminded that you have not yet sent me mail/quotation, I given him example of cleartax that I visited the website of cleartax for software only once and they people are continuously taking followup and here you, not even sending me quotation then your so called sales executive or whatever i dont know, openly telling me that you go with clearetax.Such a rude people !

Had a very bad experience with Business development officer, asking irrelevant questions. No proper way of interviewing. Taken no interest in proper Q&A and showed no interest in explaining their products importance to me.
