Its a very huge facility neat and clean. They just have 2 counters one for post banking and another for rest. During peak hours this one counter is insufficient as one has to wait for more than half an hour for their turn. The staff is kind. They have sufficient seating as well. Its located at 1st floor and does not have a ramp.

Ok, first of all the office is spacious. Then the staff is very nice, helpful.Keep in mind their lunch time when youre visiting, its 1 pm to 1:30 pm. I went there on Saturday at around 1.10 pm and it was their lunch time.Overall, nice experience. I would rate it as 5 stars.

I visited twice to get mobile number linked to Aadhar card. In the morning even though they were free they said come at 4. I went again at 4:30 and they said we are closing now and asked me to come again the next day at 3.

Worst experience always. Management is very poor. Preferred not to visit again and better to go for online transactions

I went to get an Aadhar Card done for my Autistic son. The people there were very nice and generous to me and my family. we had to wait for some time as there was no electricity. The lady in charge took the fingerprints etc very painstakingly. i am overwhelmed with gratitude.

Area wise its a big post office with limited staff, the timing for postal activity is only till 3 PM.with only one staff allocated for it. Went for speed post at 4 PM and they didnt accept it not even for the next day.

Had a MO sent to a address in Pune via this PO. The MO was transferred on the same day from the destination PO but the staff over the Aundh has not yet delivered the MO for over a week now. The service is bad and not one picks up the call at the number they have. Hopefully they should get some better service soon.

The speed of the employees is very slow and it is very crowded. Best time to visit is early morning when it opens

The new PO has larger space, more breathing room, shorter queues & nicer staff.Parcels are accepted only till 2pm, even tho the PO itself works till 3pm.

Post Office is decent. Only problem is to reach here.I must suggest take help of google maps until hanuman mandir aundh gaav, after that take help of any of local-ides or u would get confuse.After reaching to the building also its so much confusion..So suggestion here is :Reach the building..do not enter the building..beside the building there is a staircase going toward post office.
