Tried this bakers after reading the positivie reviews and it didnt disappoint us. All items were tasty and fresh. Good customer service and reasonable price. Their shawarma is yummy. Parking is difficult infront of the bakers as its main road. You may need to park your vehicle nearby. I believe this is a very old bakery and they still maintain the quality. Worth the price and it will be a good option for short bites..

The cake in here is very good good quality but theFruit salad here dont have fresh fruits

The shop is on the right side of Kottarakara route from Punalur near the petrol pump.The shop has every bakery items, drinks and snacks with good quality and at reasonable rates.Its fully AC and is now undergoing renovation for expanding to a restaurant in the first floor.

Its good but compared to their other shops its small. But it was one their earlier shops in punalur. Good bakery.

Can You start a new outlet @ in Kollam,Kundara,Karunagapally and Kottiyam ??

No doubt on the taste they delivering since decades. But thought to share this feedback as it may be useful for customers who are opting Home Delivery. Managers or who is taking home delivery orders were arguing by stating that delivery location is far ( Infact my location is 1.6km far from shop and delivered two weeks ago with ₹40 as delivery charge) and demanded today for ₹50. When I started questioning about the location distance he pretended that he is not familiar with Punalur and its locality. Another thing is that the delivery amount is mentioned on the bills with pen. These kinds of unprofessional behaviour may spoil their legacy and reputation. Hope Mr. Anil will look into these.

Ordered Eggless red velvet cake 1 kg. First of all charged extra 150 Rs for eggless.When asked what do you add extra on Eggless cake for extra rate they said they are unaware but you should pay extra.Ok next received the cake...95% of cake had no cake in it but frosting and cream. So no egg and only frosting 150 extra..Total 950Rs. 19/11/2020 Date of purchase.

Mostly me and my friends prefer Imperial bakers.Our favorite food item is Sharja juice and all varieties of cake. Cakes are awesome, mouth watering one... Good customer dealings..
