Very bad delivery service and I think they are appointing thieves as delivery agent... around 5 to 6 days they shows out for delivery and delayed on customer request.. suddenly one day it shown that item delivered... I am gonna lodge a police complaint against you and already informed same to amazon india also

They keep updating, delivery rescheduled upon customer request even without calling customer. If you dont have enough staff to delivery , why you are running this business?There is no contact number anywhere, they have one centralised customer care that is even worser.It takes approximately 4 days to reach any materials anywhere from India to Pulpally. But from pulpally to Home, more than 1 week is not enough.I experience this problem from the last month. Still you are not solving the issue.

Very bad service.... they not even deliver the products..we waited for 3 days and atlast we approached them to pick the product.

Simply mark as delivery attempted and then cancel the orders. Not sure why they still exist as a delivery service

They have rescheduled for 3 days in a row and the third time after I called them and they assured me that my package would be delivered without this happening again. Highly unprofessional.

Worst one i ever experienced , i am getting all other orders to my address through other couriers , only this guys have problems with my postal code . It’s only 12 KM from their place and still don’t know the rout to come place .. they are not even trying to given mobile number as well

Its cheating courier service, no responsibility, no contact number,no sign board,no address and totally bad service.
