The delivery guy does not know the difference between screen damage and gorilla glass damage.He refused to pick up my phone as it had scratches on its gorilla glass.Before ordering, I checked with flipkart to know if my phone was eligible for exchange and their reply was positive. I am attaching few pics for reference.

The contact number provided for contacting at the time of delivery is not answering. Tried calling for more than 20 times continuously disconnecting call without answering.

I brought a honor 9i from Flipkart with delivery date of 3rd Jan 2018..cool enough!!But then I got a text that my phone will be delivered on 1st Jan 2018 as early delivery..even COOLER!! But I missed the delivery because new year hangovers..so I called the delivery guy to get it delivered on the next day...Next day...Didnt get my phone and I was angry...I called the guy an told I was expecting the phone today and I want it right now....the guy told that he didnt get any information about the delivery of the phone!!! I was like WHAT???..I just called this guy..day before..telling him I need the phone next day...Very irresponsible service of this EKART branch!!!

The item I am ordered is not delivered yet. E kart delivery person contacted me on 29th december 2018 and he told me that the item is in his hand and it is delivered by tomorrow(30th December 2018). But then there is no further moves.
