Place with full of paddy fields and rivers. Small shops helps nearer to the field help us to taste variety of food items. Sunset is highlight of these place. Evening bike ride through the roads nearer to the field fills our mind with happiness.

A scenic paddy field which is a part of well known Thrissur Kole Lands( കോൾപ്പാടങ്ങൾ).During the monsoon the entire paddy fields will be transformed in to a huge water body much like a lake. Its a favourite hangout place for the people from Thrissur city and surrounding areas.Its very much accessible by road and regular bus services are plying in this route.

The best sunset you can witness in thrissur other than in beaches, The perfect area for a perfect evening.

Awsome for a half day visit. No good restaurants but lot of road side food joints available in the evening. 3 kallushappu in the proximity area in which 1 is good for families, other two are awsome with country food which is delicious.

Great place to take picturesSuggest you to come early in the morning to watch a beautiful sunrise and take good pictures before it gets sunny.(In the Afternoon it gets too sunny,no place to go for shade )There is a lotus pond nearby which is a great place for pre/post Wedding shoots.Need to take token beforehand to take pictures in the lotus pond and pay for taking pictures in the lotus pond .
