Rude technicians and installation also worst. They didn’t put vaccum during installation small amount of oxygen may be into Indoor unit this will lead to burst if any short circuit happened R32 gas is a flammable gas. So that vacuum is so important .but Within 20 minutes they installed without following safety installation precautions.

Limited choice and cost is also high. Not recommended for people who dont compare price with other competitors. You should bargain hard, else you will end up paying more. Better to avoid.
