One of the best shop in Pondicherry. You cant come out of the shop without buying. But earring and chains are very costly. Cloths are also somewhat costly. You cant expect festival wear to be good. Because it is a shop that carries international standard of Western wear

Watched the movie in the Screen 2 Providence mall. Very good atmosphere. Seating arrangements in the theatre are very good. Sound system in the theatre is also very good. But the cost of the eatables in the theatre is sky high as usual in all the theatres. Parking facility is also good.

This max showroom provides a good but not an awesome shopping experience. Good varieties of trendy collections are lacking. There are nice Staffs in the showroom but the staffs in the billing needs improvement. Pay a visit there.!

My second visit. Quite happy. Ample parking space. Parking fees should be conditional. Outright charges deter people to visit unless compelled

I am talking about the max store which is present in the providence mall. Not the max in the main city.They have a good collection of clothes ....and they also have many offers.But the main disadvantage is that the behaviour of the staffs is the worst. They dont have any coordination between them and they cant answer anything we ask them. On the opposite side...if u visit the max in the city..u can see that the staffs are very good.

Dress for kids and Females are good .. offers are good and the price is reasonable.

If rating available towards negative side my rating would be -3..especially for the MAX at Providence Mall..the employees have no coordination among themselves and very poorly organised. In fact this was the first time I actually wasnt allowed to try-on my selected garments but instead was shown some old shirts. I also had to come thrice as the tailor was unavailable. I really wonder why a tailor was unavailable on weekends when customers visit at the highest. Overall all that glitters is not gold..do keep this in mind while going for MAX..If you still want to go, I would recommend MAX Fashion in MG Road.

Max is good in terms of ambience in shopping clothes for full family in competitive prices. But like lifestyle stores they can add some more brands

Worst customer i have been to max showrooms in chennai and bangalore compared to those showrooms this showroom located in the Providence mall in pondicherry is the worst no labeling and organized way of keeping clothes not responding staff, above all a cash counter which only accepts cash, i had to wait in a long line for fifteen minutes to find out this then i had to go outside withdraw some cash from an nearby atm and again do the same thing again for another fifteen minutes. I woudnt recommend this to my friends
