Few months back.. first time I went to that shop.. they have lot of varieties of beautiful birds.. I decided to buy a bird. I brought a normal African green fisher pair for 4000 rupees.. I don’t the actual cost of that bird.. when I checked with others bird shop in Pondicherry it nearly 1500 high.. within a week one bird died.. I went to that shop and ask the salesman, what is the reason for the death and other shop giving less cost.. that salesman replied with loud voice.. speaks awkward language.. he speaks like that his shop is the only one in Pondicherry having birds… it is abuse..the way they treat the customer is bad.. For getting insult, I paid 4000.. worst experience...whether giving good quality pets or not but insulting and talking in unparlimentary words are not acceptable

Wonderful place for pet lovers. It is near and clean. I liked the sales people approach. The cost of pet also nominal. I got Hamster for my daughter. I have been here for 4 times and all the 4 times I had good time

Very worst place to buy fishes or birds.....they have the largest neat shop in Pondicherry, but their sales persons where worst and they didnt know anything about fishes like price ,name,etc.... visited twice but their salesman was not attending any costumers properly , instead he was busy speaking with his friends ....the owner was not there both the times ,so no proper management......and rates are very very very high......they sale a pair of guppy for rs.50.....pathetic experienceReply for owner: kindly check with other aquariums too ....guppy costs Rs.25 /pair max everywhere......

I would say that this is the biggest pet store in Pondicherry for now.. They have many types of fishes, birds and Hamsters.. The first time I saw a Macaw here in a pet store.. The best part is, fish tanks are cleanly maintained...

Highly Pathetic..... I strongly recommend others not to visit this shop. I visited this shop more than 3 times. None of the time they responded well as if(all those salesmen) they are not interested in selling n just for name sake they are attending customers. I appreciate the shops ambience n having all sorts of pets even imported ones. But customer satisfaction is zero n cost wise Price is comparatively too high considering other pet shops. But thats not a big deal as they should improve customer handling n should suggest n guide them well on buying pets n other products....

Price is high compare to all other aquarium shop in pondicherry, they are not interact with customers, I went three times to this shop but customer interaction very poor. Very thing they telling high rate. Planted aquarium setup for 4feet they said 30 K. But I done 10 K in other famous shop in pondicherry. Even planted tank light 3.5 feet saying 20 to 25 K.If u ask about any setup price they simply saying 25 to 30 k will take sir they saying like that without estimation details.

Too much price costing, even single piece of guppy is 30 Rs, where others giving 1 pair(2piece) of guppy for 25Rs and saleman doesnt know anything about price, type of fish. Salesman not attending properly, so much busy in talking with friends and very unprofessional. Kindly request you to stop selling disease fish. Check with other aquarium shop before buying from YOUR PETS dont waste your money.

Of course they have a variety of fishes and birds and all, but the service is to be improved and most importantly pls stop selling diseased fish... I got some 20 pairs of neon tetra for my 58 gallon semi planted aquarium and just after I introduce the fishes I noticed theyre sick, and I ended up with more than half of them dieing... Pls stop this.
