Went to the Big Bazaar with a friend on the ground floor. They were quite happy to allow me to push the 3 kids around in a trolley while the ladies had a great time of shopping. They left us alone to browse, which I think is refreshing. There was no over-enthusiastic salesperson becoming the customers shadow. This can be quite annoying. Great selection as well of varied price ranges. Helpful yet unassuming staff. Thats a big winner for these sorts of places. Let us shop in peace ✌️

Staff are not customer friendly, I plan to buy a bag and when I went to billing section I asked him that I want a proper bill by mentioning my name and seal on the bill.the person asking for a GST no my. How a customer have a GST no.then he rudely told me to go for online purchase. Very bad staff.

I dont understand whether this public market is for Public service or for something else.. .no proper customer service at all.... .Out of stock for most of the time....After coming to purchase sweating ourselves in hot sun....The response we get from the store is SORRY MAAM...NO STOCK!

Bought 2kg of Toor Dal here. It was packed in February and good till 6 months from packaging date. Within April the whole package got tiny bugs. The package was not even opened. This never happened to me even when i bought it from a small retailer. This is very disappointing. Very low quality toor dal. Big bazaar should try to sell good quality products to retain their reputation.

It is the supermarket located at the Providence mall Pondicherry. You get most of the items here. From grocery item to bedding items. The supermarket also has Garments, footwear, household items, it is a one-stop-shop for most of our needs. It has many deals and offers at best price

I went to Big bazaar at one time.the are collecting carry bag charge 20rs. its very disgusting. all other showrooms are collecting 5rs r 3rs but Big Bazaar collected 20rs per bag. they are not allowed our bag inside.

Could be the best hypermarket in Pondy, certainly one of the biggest . Has cloths as well as groceries etc. In the basement of Providence Mall.

Useless, staffs need more training, should blame the in charge, plenty of important stuffs not in stock, if I would have given manager in charge I will train them how to catch the business and customer, please improve so that you can maintain the business well even if compative comes, dont deserve photos 😂
