I recently purchased White Channa in this shop. You won’t believe it smells very bad like Rotten after soaking it !! I called them and raised the complaint and sent the picture of the Chana.. No response from their side..Again I reached them, but nothing turned out..How can I keep the bill till I prepare some item for cooking.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEPOOR QUALITY

The place is good for daily grocery shopping and also flavoured curd is also available here. A few extra things like Iron, tiffin boxes, soft toys are also available in a few numbers.

Worst customer service. They charge extra amount for same day delivery and they don’t deliver the order within a day. Its been more than 2 days and I didn’t receive the order yet. When you call the customer service, they don’t even pick up your calls.

A bit fresher stocks are appreciated. I have visited it once and I received somewhat old stocks. Talked to the store about this and they responded well and hope they change this. Other than this the store is good with all basic goods. It would have been even more good if it has some more flavours, varieties in each product.

Its a perfect little place to shop for your grocery needs. All kinds of stuff, from fruits to namkeens, from biscuits to cup noodles, from shampoos to cold drinks. Works for my monthly needs. One drawback is the lack of 250/500 ml milk tetra packs(its the one thing I need and Ive go to pothys to get toned milk😛). But it will cater to most of your grocery needs, definitely. Do bring your own bag, though.

I had a bad experience in the shop. I buy fruits and biscuits everyday from this shop after coming from office. Had a laptop in bag. They asked to put the bag outside in custody of a sleepy security.The shop doesnt trust customers. They can put cameras if they have issue with anyone stealing from the shop. Creating inconvenience for the customer for their own problems is unacceptable. I wont be buying from this shop anymore

Not a very big bazaar. But you will get all essential thi gs ovee here. The products here are found to be little cheaper than the outside market nearby. The products are well arranged. For me it was a good experience being here.

I order only home delivery from this shop. They deliver after 6-8 hours only. And they always send curd packet which is expired 1 week back. This has happened 5 times with me. Then its a big hassle to call them n ask to replace the packet, u need to call several times for that, they wont rectify promptly. Otherwise the variety and prices of mrp goods are cheap. But vegetables can be almost 40-50 percent expensive than market rates.
