Very, ordinary......It greives me to write negative reviews, but I have to write this one.* I would have given one star, but for the saving graces of these guys: thankfully, there are a few positives things that they do, so to be fair on them, I will give them two stars:* I got a machine infected with malware. How is that possible from a fresh Windows install?* You’ll get a machine for sure, but it will likely not be what you asked for.* If its a complex set up then I would not recommend these guys. Theyre incompetent. I spent lakhs learning this the hard way.POSITIVES:* He will not leave you hanging and will try to offer help solutions. Hell offer to send a technician (who did not build your PC, nor will he know anything about it, nor be able to answer your questions)..............but I will give New Winsys some credit here. High marks for effort, but low marks on results. Trying your best doesnt mean much if it doesnt do the job.* Theyll bend over backwards to deliver, to replace defective goods etc. but dont ask anything technical or to optimize to your high specs or malware free! They are simply incapable.NEGATIVES:TECHNICAL SUPPORT* When I call him there always seems to be some problem with the network -- which means that I can never speak to him, or, on the rare chance when I call at the precise moment when he’s talking to someone else -- when he switches to answer the call to find out it’s me: there again: ‘networking’ problems occur - which precipitates a swift end to the phone call.It’s incredibly frustrating when you’ve spent two days trying to fix what you pay someone 2.3 lakhs to do properly. He doesn’t seem to know anything: e.g. what is the root username / password? And then again, he gives you the wrong one. What partitioning version has he used: MS-DOS or GPT? Secure Boot enabled or not? UEFI or bios? Etc. etc. not to mention the poor partitioning of memory between Windows and Ubuntu.Summary:Total: 5 stars for delivery of a computer, but I have to deduct three-four stars because of the ‘network’ problems on the phone and more pertinently, they didnt do a full and complete job. This vitiates the positives that these folks in fact do have. Anything technical and youll absolutely get incompetence.CAVEAT EMPTOR: a lot of positives with these guys, but, proceed with extreme caution.
