Your regular temple for one of the many Goddesses of the Hindu Religion - Kamakshi Amman (காமாட்சி அம்மன்). The temple is undergoing renovation for quite some time but is still open to the public. My great great great grandfather (I think) did donate and build the inner shrine for Lord Vinayagar (வினாயகர்) inside the temple. Historic facts aside, parking is a headache since its inside the town, so going on foot is recommended.
