I had planned for a family vacation (6 members and 3 kids)to pondicherry on dec 25 to 27, and since it was a last minute booking i found this hotel to be a cost effective option.else i would have preferred other optionsNow coming to the review,The pros:the hotel location was good, right in the middle of many restaurants and shops.Rooms were good and tidy.thought renovation work is going on on the hotel.Cons:The hotel manager gave the room opposite to us to a bunch of drunks who were shouting and singing all night,which caused a nuiscence.and we were not able to sleep almost the entire night.Also upon requesting the manager to change their room, we found him to be also drunk and of no help.Hence i request any family to think twice before booking this hotel.

A very good bar with decent ambience. Expect some rush on weekends. Weekdays are the best time to visit if you fancy a beer and some good munchies. The food is excellent. Especially chilli pork and Chinese fried chicken. Those are my personal favorites. Only gripe being the lack of options in the beer section. Its quite standard and basic. Could do with more variety. Overall a nice place to hangout with your male buddies. I emphasize on the male part because I have rarely seen any female visitors. So I dont know how enjoyable or comfortable it would be for them.

It was a good stay there.. Rooms are very spacious and facilitated with all amenities. Main part is we can have a nice time in the attached bar. They provided us with shampoo, oil, hair comb and brushes.

Got it in Rs.2100 during Christmas. Even after considering peak season the property didnt have enough to justify its costing.Cons:-1. Tv didnt have any hindi channels. There were only two english channels. Everything else was in Tamil. Pondicherry being tourist spot i assume people come from so many states. I wonder how they expect al of them to see tamil channels.2. Pathetic and cold breakfast (which we duly returned).3. Wrt pricing the amenities provided werent either upto mark or not well servicedPeos:-1. Good parking space2. Courteous and helpful staffOverall average experience.

Rooms are comfortable and clean. Easy access to two-wheeler and four-wheeler hire and there is an upscale bar in the hotel too. A very good deal for a very reasonable price. And importantly, they serve free tasty South Indian breakfast every day.

The stay was perfect. We had everything at our doorstep without any delay. The staff wre friendly. Food cost is little on the higher side.. apart from that everything was good.

Best for Business travellers. Located at the hot of the town amidst the Theatre, Hospital, well connected with Bus stand. Cleanest hotel and the newly renovated bar is a place to pitch your business leisure meet ups.

Budget Hotel. Ideal for bachelors , has good bar adjacent to it. Its on Main Street so most of the things reachable and public transport is very much accessible.

Their attitude towards customer is fantastic, even though our booking is up to 12.00 Noon, they permitted, insisted, us to stay back up to 9.00 PM, my bus time.we can directly contact the owner, daily visit the hotel, and can convey our issues.

Had very unpleasant experience here in One-83k ! Waiting time was more! Waiters are not intrested to attend the guests even! We have find them and have to shout 3-4 times for every order! Manager is showing too much attitude here! Very worst service in pondicherry!! Never will go back here!
