Really very worst customer service. I ordered a red velvet cake and they missed my order. Within 10 minutes, they prepared a cake and gave it to me. I suspected but trusted Hot Breads sales person. I am completely disappointed after eating the cake. It is just red sponge and fresh cream. Most of my colleagues said cake is not good.

Cool place to hangout with friends . It has pastries, snacks, breads.. french bread collection like baguette, tarte, eclair, breads, crossaint etc., Cakes are available but very less in readymade. You need to order and they will bake and provide you in 30 min.I have been frequenting this place. The breads and pastries taste good. However, I saw the counter staff and assistant using their hands to handle the bread to pack them. This is a widespread practice in many f&b outlets in India (they are not alone). But, this is an important matter that needs to be addressed.

Very worst customer service. Customer is been judged and the sales person poke the customer mentioning the price of the product (as such the customer cant afford). Really disappointed by his behaviour. Management should educate their employees on how to treat their customers. I have seen this multiple attempts by the same salesperson doing to multiple customers.

Love the place... Good food... Good ambience.. Bread is just perfect here... Pizza is good... Burger is awsm... Guys... Its a must try 😁 come nd have the delicious food here..

Hygiene in the kitchen is QUESTIONABLE ; same CUTLERY used to butter the bread toast and cutting the onion & salads. Despite numerous COMPLAINT ! UN HYGIENIC TREND IS NOT HEEDED BY THE KITCHEN STAFF OR THE MANAGER. I HAVE INVESTED MY MONEY TO BUY A TOASTER ; RATHER THAN BE BEDRIDDEN BY TYPHOID❗GOOD RIDDANCE *hot bread*

Worst service..you are running shop only for customers...The way they respond for customers is pathetic, they use mobile phone and take orders without listening what we order.. yesterday i bought sweet bread but when i came home and opened it was a salt bread so disappointed...worst!!

We went around the time when they closed the shop for that day... we peeped in to confirm whether the shop is closed for the day or not... The shop keeper was kind enough to allow us to sit for over 30 mins and provided was what we ordered... Always a pleasant experience

Worst bakers!!!.. poor management!!!Literally spoiled my sons 1st birthday party.. they even forgot the order... I choose Hot breads by believing that they will make it memorable... But they have made it memorable in a other ways around in a negative way!!!

I usually opt hot breads for cake. But yesterday 28/8/2020 got two black forest cake and some stuffs. I was shocked to see they sold me spoiled blackforest cake. They were having few more cakes of same in display wen I got that from shop.It is really shocking. How can u sell such stuff?I can’t find contact number in web else I would have called

Stopped by this joint at Pondy for the love of french crossiant thinking I would be buying fresh and crispy ones I asked the service staff to pack 2 plain and 2 butter crossiant. While he was packing I just asked to reconfirm if the crossiants were crispy,he said no it will not be and for that you would need to come at 7am.since it was already packed bought it but was really disappointed as it felt like eating fluffy bread. Waste of money and time. Point is why was it even kept for sale knowing its not meeting the basic attribute.

Staff behaviour is worst particularly uniformed male staff. Had a very bad experience. Decided not to go there.

Nice ambient setting, only dip tea is available, staff are polite and respectful. Ordered Barbecue Chicken Pizza which looked delicious but turns out all the chicken dishes here are salty. Chicken puff was alright but bland.

Good place to have italian dishes like spaghetti combo or penne combo which included a drink , pastry , chicken nuggets and main dish. The drink is too less in volume. There is no parking space but can park in the side of the roadMostly less crowded . You can also buy bread items and cookies here. Rate is average and taste is good and consistent. A little delay in serve was there. Also they have pure veg egg free pastries and cakes for veggies.

One of the good enough bakeries in Pondicherry, some of their items are simply amazing! Their chocolate truffle and chicken float is a must try. I keep going back for their chocolate filled donut too. Chicken sausage roll is good too. Another item Id recommend is their chocolate muffin.The ambience is nice. They have books and board games to entertain a group of friends looking for an internet-less evening.Pricing is reasonable.Since its close to JIPMER, its my go-to place when I want to avoid the traffic lying ahead on JN Street.

Small cafe with a good french touch and good for a quick bite when hungry.

The walnut cake had ZERO walnuts and was very dry. The multigrain bread was ok, nothing special. Not worth the premium price charged. Will not be going back.
