Very bad customer service. Ordered a cake for my dad, they were showing a broken wishes plate made of chocolate. When I request for new one they were trying to convince me like they do not have another one and to make new one, it will take lot of time. I hope this is a huge bakery but without even enough stocks. The sales girl was literally trying to convince me like if we dip this plate in cake the flaw will be hidden, this wont be an issue. Going forward decided not to order/buy anything in this Bakery, will suggest my family and friends also not to buy here due to very bad service.

A good place for cookies and biscuits. Their cookies are amazing and biscuits are also better. What i felt here is they are using less flavouring agents so after eating we are not getting that flavour smell when we burp. Here Nutty Shurdle is my fav which fills your tummy with one piece. But only thing i felt here is they are adding sugar directly, (when you eat u can feel those crystals)but some may like that some may not.

Thought one place who can serve our needs with quality product but not like before the standard has gone.

This Bakery looks like a Hotel, very spacious. Very unique food items are available. Puffs are tasty and spicy. People can also sit and eat here.

Kindly check and buy. They are giving expired stuff. I bought mousse today and had it. It had bad odour. They did not agree that it expired instead they tried to convince. The worst part is my kid ate half of it without knowing. Please be aware when you buy.
