Nice ambience, good place to meet friends.

Good place to stay, decent prices, restaurant could be better and bar is really good and alcohol can be ordered to rooms. Service is good but the only drawback is that the restaurant management is not quite responsive and they tend to escape the work and pretty much thats it.

Good hotel to stay with friends. Secure and no disturbance. Offers a range of services like normal restaurant at ground floor, normal bar at top floor and a roof top bar which is a plus for the people staying there. Enjoy liquor delivered to your room, but the cost is double of that outside. All in all good stay.

Great place for short stays, very polite manager.All requests handled professionally. Families might not like this due to small rooms. But if you are short on budget, this is the best place. As everything is quite nearby. We bachelors went for a weekend stay.

Though this place is located as a distance from the pondicherry beach and the most happening places in the city. But for budget travellers it happens to be the best place to stay in as the staff members and their prompt service makes a huge difference.Rooms are big and well maintained. The restaurant on the ground floor serves excellent finger licking food.

Not good for family. Very small bathroom and they didnt provide two towels for a double bed room. AC and TV are good. Room is good enough...

Nice rooms. Neat and clean but they didnt cooperate me much for the water problem. Water was not coming in the taps of my room after 1 day of stay.

Worst service. You cannot get a tea or coffee before 8.30. If you book for complimentary breakfast and expect a reasonable breakfast you will be disappointed. That too you have to wait for hours.

Doesn’t deserve 1 star too. I booked this hotel a month back and now they called and said rooms are sold out and to get it you have to pay additional 4000 Which includes breakfast lunch and dinner. Even though if you refuse food, you need to pay entire money.Really horrible. Book this hotel at your own risk. Totally fraud.

The property was fine but, the dont have parking area. I was with my sisters and my sisters son who is unable to walk, no arrangement for him. Room services are the worst, people were not at all supportive. The receptionist was not supportive. A guy was on the ground floor was helping us.

Rooms are nice, manager is humble but service is poor due to less service staff. No availability of tea/coffee in mornings. Need to call them numerous times for any service

This hotel is good for group. wash rooms are too small in size not acceptable at all. need to improve on same. rooms are good maintained well. good for groups not for family.

It is definitely cheap, however, if you are in Pondy to relax and see the white town, the it is little too far for you. However, the room was decent for 2 and considering the cost u would say cost effective , i find it little smaller for 3. The room was neat and clean, however I did not decide to stay there for it being little too far from main town.

The hotel was located centrally and it was comfortable and pleasant. The staffs were very friendly and welcoming. Overall the stay was pleasant and worth the money.

There is no parking available. You have to use road side parking.There is no balcony.It doesnt have any scenic view.There was a leakage in AC.There was so many pests.There was no water for toilet.Water from wash basin was dirty.Worth for negative stars.Just okay for short time stay.

Very Shoddy hotel. There are lot of options out there but dont go for this one. They will ask for advance token money for booking. When you wil reach there you would have to pay full payment. Since you have already paid advance you cant do much but suck it up and stay there. Rooms are in bad shape. Wall plasters are coming off, Floor looks dirty, washroom is not properly cleaned. They provide only 1 medimix soap and thats all. They wont guide you to the room as well.The reception area is small and theres a foul smell in the reception area. Receptionist couldnt give an explanation as to why that happened.I was charged 1700 bucks for a room thats worth 700 only.They survive on the advance payment trick. But thats like taking advantage of unawareness of guests. Avoid at all costs.

Cost is reasonable..room is also good.we took a air conditioned room.but we didnt feel the chillness at all.A/c didnt work properly.so while getting into the room,check the A/c..my only concern is they should prohibit smoking in corridor.Families feel uneasy to cross the smoking people since the corridor is very small..lift smells really bad.better take stair case
