They do make good cakes and weve bought all our cakes for the past 4 years only from them, including larger ones for major events. But the last four cakes that we bought in a span of two months seem to be loaded only with cream, the cake is very less. Only the size is appealing but when you dig in, youll find less cake and more cream. Almost 60% is just cream. They also charge high which is totally not worth it. No more Bread Basket for my family and friends. Not just with me, my friends have the same complaints too.

Yesterday I bought a cake 🎂 I informed to put a custom message on the cake which I wrote and gave in a paper .. Instead They have put happy Birthday in the cake(Thats not a birthday cake) ... When I reach home and opened I got shocked and disappointed. Though the taste was good . Service and customer expectation should be fulfilled exactly as per the customer needs. Relle got disappointed.

This is the worst place to order for your kids bday. I ordered for a customised cake but the end product was something which made me to regret ordering here on my daughter’s first bday. I ordered on 18th March, The employee who was takin order for the cake was sayin yes to everything we were askin for. We asked for sugar dolls to be placed on the top of the cake for which she said yes, It can be done. Then she gave me a wats app number to send the pic of cartoon characters whose sugar dolls should be placed on the top of the cake. I posted the pic to the wats app number on 19th March. There was no response from that no. Then I called back the cake shop and the same employee who gave me the whats app number, told me that the guy whose wats app no she gave was on leave. If I had not called her about the pic, I dnt think she would have bothered to call us back about the pic. On the day of delivery, just an hour before the celebration. They showed me the cake wit just pic made of sugar and when I asked them about the doll. She started to convenience me that I didn’t order for sugar dolls but for the stupid pic made of sugar. Please think twice before you order from here.

It was a very worst experience which I had in BREAD BASKET today...They Dont accept card.for payment and there is not notification mentioned in the shop for not accepting card...Food delivery wait time was worst they made me wait for 45 minutes for single pizza...They Dont have printed bill concept..Their bill is like cash voucher it looks very terrible...Employees chit chatting here and there..No pepper served while serving soup..They didnt remember the order flow...Black forest Pudding i asked to serve second but they are serving it first, Just serving the items as per their wish...Finally they dont even give bill after collecting the money..it doesnt look professional..I ask them at least put the shop seal in the bill they denied to put the seal in bill... LOL they are running business without POS machine, without proper bill, and without seal... Very very very worst experience in my first experience itself... I will depromote this brand to my friends and family... And wont ever step in again
