Such a nice store for all Electronic items.I never thought this type of mall in proddatur what a wonderful and responsible store.

Hi Proddatur friendsBefore buying product in reliance digital must be check outside small agencies and shops for fare difference in proddatur shops after that proceed to buy hereActually i had decided to buy air cooler on march 20 th 2021 , first i groom in proddatur small shops and agencies to buy for cooler i choose symphony sumo 75 liters out side fare is 11000 but in reliance digital fare is 12991 , the fare is high around 2000 rupees but i found havels air cooler in reliance digital i like this product technology too much , so i had to decided to buy havells air cooler , After that i came out and enquire about cooler price in so other elctronic shops in proddatur i did not find any where ,.Finally i had but havels air cooler in reliance digital on the same day evening i had paid the bill in the everning 5:15 pm ,even though i did not the see the product in reliance digital just they show their reliance digital app the product ( i saw product in showroom is 55 liters air cooler but they show in app 75 liters air cooler ) i:e i did not see the product in store but i pay the amount in cash counter through my debit card at the time of payment they said me about delivery tommorow afternoon 12 noon around they will deliver the productBut they deliver the product arond after 36 hours of payment , i went to store and ask about delivery details in dispatch counter at 1:30 pm they are giving response rudely and very smart also , atleswt they dont give the minimum respect also at me ,they are behvave like irresponsible persons and such a careless effort .So , if we buy outside electronic shop we get the delivery immediately with respect but in reliance digital with out respect we r buying products from them , so before buying think once about thisFor delivery details i contact them no of times with different methods directly visit the store once and no of times contact through phone calls but they dont response well , they are trying escape from the call all the time with silly reasons , the store employes have a lot of negligencyZERO RATING TO THEM

Late delivery two to three days and installation also makes waiting of four days maximum. You have more patience to get Products delivery. Better To purchase you want to use products next coming year. I buy 43inch BPL,samsung 235l, Reconnect Ac and Reconnect Washing machine delivery takes three days and this is 6th day still they dont come for Installation No proper information they havent given. They said Service men are busy in service to old ones. Think twice before you buy. Very worst replies and negligence.

Maintenance is better than other and sales person behaviour

Worst persons not giving respect to customers and arguing with customers. Mainly the manager of this store. Reliance just check your staff members how they are behaving. This is not the right way to treat customers . I need to give in negative rating as ther is no option so giving 1.

Worst place to buy a laptop ....no proper caring of customer...worst maintenance...🤮🤮🤮🤮
