And that helps people in villages to work on without roaming here and there for proper connection.Issues facing in the pandemic situation:- >Need WIFI to support WFH.-> Need provider who accepts to provide service to villages.-> Most of the providers says, no stock or not willing to provide service to villages.But when i i call to ARK ,->First they said to check point and will provide service.-> with in 1 week provided service.-> If your facing any issues, immediately they will respond.->If still issue persists, will reach out to home to solve ASAP.One plus point is we from villages no need to go some where to work on. Happily we can WFH.Dissapoints:-> some time internet will be slow in the peak hours(9 am to 6 pm). And which makes us irritated when working.That will be great if you can solve the above issue.Thanks,Sarath Reddy

Day light robbery is single word to describe. No where I have seen so exhorbant rates . Cashing in fully during covid19 and says helping customers during pandemic. Please dont go for this broadband

And Frequent server down times .My Advice is All broadbands here in Proddatur are same with minimal speed and high prices . So Go for broadband who can respond to problems sooner and who is well known to you ....Try to get Airtel/TataSky something if available ...
