Hotel maintenance is very poor. Lights are not working. AC are not cooling.

When I asked ,Is room available they said room is not being alloted because ac is not working.Then I asked what is the cost for non AC room,ans 1700 and ac room 2200.I dont know whether it is worth or not because I have not booked room their.
