My name is caption Ajeet singh Indian air force and I made a purchase on your Allahabad store on 20th of October 2019. The manager pushed me to buy more stuff just to avail some coupons. I was looking to buy more stuff down the line and I went ahead. Today, I went to buy more stuff and when I wanted to use my coupons, I was told that I cannot do it without calling from the number I used to purchase. I live in USA and I used my father’s phone to purchase the products on the first day. I tried calling my father to give the requested missed call but he was busy and didn’t answer. I requested the store manager Nitesh and even spoke to ASM Mr Ravi Mishra trying to explain my situation. They told me the same solution. I wasn’t told about such a policy while making the initial purchase and the staff was unreasonable and rude. If this is how firstcry treats its customers and gives namesake discounts, I don’t think I will ever visit any firstcry store nor would I recommend it to anyone.
