The station is very neat and clean. There are only 3 platforms. Platform number 1 is the entry and exit for passengers. It is near the university of allahabad/ band road. The security is very tight under police and cctv cameras.

Improving day by day . When I first Time visited this place in 2016 there was only filth everywhere but now everything is changing now . It is now a good place . Thanks to Uttar Pradesh Government for improving rapidly the facility of this Railway station . I think a special train its provided from here to Chhapra . So that the students can go there home easily as there are too many students of that region are uncomfortable by the timings of trains from here to there . Railway should focus on this matter .

Each hour it becomes close for (1/2-1)hour. So people are hopeless for their services.
