The place is good. The staff are courteous and helpful. We had ordered 1 Hyderabadi Biryani...taste was good quantity was fine for 1 person. Service was also good.

We had booked around 20 rooms in this hotel for a wedding, this was my experience:Pros:1. Prime location2. Decent parking available3. Flexible in terms of checkout time.Cons:1. Rooms are horrible, gives you a feeling of a lodge.2. Toilets have no geyser, showers dont work, toilet doors dont close well, still some toilets have Indian seats.3. Management is very poor, no man power, the receptionist makes a announcement on mic, which are heard all around the hotel. How bad is that!4. Restaurant service is very slow.Overall, the hotel is very expensive for the quality of service it provides.Invest your money somewhere better!

If I could, I would have given zero stars. Overcrowded, musty smell in the rooms and everywhere else. They dont even change the bedsheets. The blankets never seem to have been cleaned. Bathroom was jugaad. You could hear the sound from the adjacent bathroom. Could not even think of spending a second here so left without checking in. Checked into Grand Continental just opposite.

Not a good hotel to stay. No hygienic sense. They dont even provide receipt of payment. No proof that you stayed in hotel.People are publicly drinking wine and beer. The hotel rooms that was allotted was not at all cleaned , wrappers and other things were thrown.

Worst hotel i have ever witnessed in my life. If by any chance do you choose it, dont forget to carry your own bed sheet, pillow covers, towels and toileteries. It seems unhygenic so you may even carry your anti allergy creams/tablets. Coming to the positive part-the food is really good. Service is poor but good taste makes up for it.

Hotel Villas is a good choice but it needs renovation as far as toilets are concerned. Proper cleaning is a must on regular basis. Look wise it needs changes. Some interior and exterior works are needed for sure. Bed sheets etc needs to be cleaned and changed every day.

Hotel Vilas is situated in civil line areas on Ballabh Bhai Patel road in Prayag. The hotel has bar cum residencial complex. The hotel has AC banquet hall in that many social ,cultural,religious and marriage ceremony is held.The hotel has parking facility for their customers . The hotel runs bar where alcoholic drinks are served . The hotel washroom and toilets both ladies and gents are clean and tidy.The hotel is fitted with CC camera for safety and protection of people entering in the hotel. I had visited in the hotel in one marriage engagement function.My review still incomplete about this hotel because could not write more due to not having adequate information.

Good and very cooperative staff. They took us in at 3 in the morning. Room prices are affordable and negotiable for number of people. It is located in one of the posh areas and you have malls close by. The railway station is also at a walking distance. Food offered is of good quality and low price. All in all its a good place.

I visited the resturant .the place was good. The food was also nice. Clean place . The thing which i didnt liked was the time they took to bring the food after we placed the order. Only 3 tables were occupied but still the time they took to bring the food was undigestable. And i found a problem of parking.

I booked my room on telephone, the Hotel staff over confidently told me to come directly to the hotel and I will get the room. Unfortunately when I reached on 26-12-2015 there was no room for me and the person sitting at the reception gave me one room situated next to the toilet of dormitory. The room and its Almirah was full of termites. Next day they changed my room and in the night noticed number of mosquito when I complained, the same went unattended. Poor quality of rooms, dirtiness, geysers not working, unhygienic, stinking dust bin next to the entrance of the hotel , casual attitude of the staff, exorbitant room rates were the highlights of this hotel. Wish not to have such experience in future...............
