I was being appointed here as Site Engineer.But was being treated as servant.My motto was here to learn something but here they treat as they buy you in just Rs 10,000 and your duty will be 24*7 in 30 days and there will be no any leaves.Degree doesnt matters here.In Rational they will only torcher you and in every terms here is only politics.This company is full of illiterate peoples.No value of site Engineer.Site engineer and servant has same respect and value here.Very less salary.Ashok Pathak (director) and Vinod Dixit (illiterate site incharge) both are non sense guys.
