Pocket friendly and good place to hang out with your friends. Food is good . Service is quick aswell. The sitting arrangements are on two floors so its quite spacious. Always had a nice time here would recommend this place to all.

Never thought I will write these things about this particular place which has been very impressive to me at least (It shattered my expectations yesterday night). I have been regular to this place for my coffee and quick brunch. Though I visit atleast 3-4 times a week for refreshments at CCD counter for quick coffee but never had a dine in experience with Bean here. Vibes seemed good n crowd visiting here is upscale so I always thought to give a try to their taste. No doubt the menu is powerful with keeping in mind value of time and d type of crowd visiting. Short and solid menu. Starting Navratara we avoid Onion and garlic stuffs for these ten days so I thought of lets go for paneer n chicken tikka. Got it parceled n after 30 minutes while watching Mumbai bat served chicken tikka for myself. Never expected what I came across n trust me I live 8-9 kilometers away from your outlet so I cudnt visit them for complaining but d damage was done. I have no idea regarding visiting them again.

And when u walk to counter and place your order, this reception guy very rudely asks you to pay first then service will be made.Bro i dont know what are you scared of.Either your food isnt good and people will not pay after eating or what?First time experience....too bad.Recommendation: Rather than investing on advertisement at social media, spend at staff training and make them humble.

Starting a restaurant isnt tough these days but maintaining the standard is still rare to find. I visited here along with my friends. The whole restaurant was empty and we occupied a table for four which was located nowhere to obstruct anyones seating arrangement. After a while 5-6 persons entered the restaurant and two of the waiters came and told us to leave that table and sit at another table pointed out by them so that they can accommodate those 5-6 customers. The table so pointed out by them was not at all comfortable to us as sun was shining directly over it. We refused the waiters to sit at that table and asked them to sit at any other place inside. To our dismay they told that those were Reserved Seats however, we couldnt see any of that indication on those seats right from the moment we entered the restaurant. Consequently, we were left with no choice but to leave this pathetic restaurant. We were shocked to see such unprofessional and disrespectful attitude by the staff. We went there in order to spend good time with friends so we werent in mood to create any fuss. I and my friends all felt that they were giving preference to quantity of customers. Also, they should keep their seating arrangement in such a manner that they dont need to ask their customers to leave from the place where they are already seated.Simply serving food isnt enough. The way you talk and treat your customers plays equally important role. If these guys dont learn this in time, I fear that they wont be able to run their restaurant for long especially in a city like Prayagraj where all sorts of respected families dwell.

It is very nice place for family and friends. After 7.30 p.m. we can get 20%discount on dinner . Coffe and child corner is good idea for family . Parents can get free time while their child busy in child corner

Good for a casual meet up with friends. We ordered banana pancake last time we went there and sadly it didnt taste that good.They do come up with some good offers from time to time.Ambience is nice and cozy.
