Lg 49display had been replaced, very sincere service I thank this service service centre because I approached many service centre but no were there was panel to be replaced.Finally received a new panel with guarantee.Technician service and the staff were very pleasing had a good atmosphere.

I am proud of my Sony because when I watch HD movies it gives me great sense of view. What an environment! We feel were in the movie. But I had a flickering problem recently on my television. Without looking at a film I was a bit upset because I couldn’t spend a day. I surfed via Google and then found television care. Very Very bad experience from the owner of this service center, his name is Sajin A Salam and he is the technician also. When I gave my LED SONY TV for service, he said that there will be 500 Rupees for inspection charges and after the inspection will inform about the complaint of the TV and charges of repair. But without any information, without any confirmation or acceptance he repaired the TV and demanded huge amount 8500 rupees. I Politely asked him why not inform me after inspection and before repair the TV. That time He was very rude in his reply and told me to take back TV. Then I said to him to give TV back same condition as given by me, but he showed me the TV display as working and told me to see that last time for ever, then he damaged the TV with high Voltage through the Panel Board, this I came to know through the Service man from the Sony Service Center from TVM and I couldnt repair it anywhere after that. I can give Negative Rate only for this service Center. This is not only my experience, please go through other critical comments about this service center and Technician Sajin A Salam

Very bad experience from the owner of this service center. Without any confirmation he replaced the back light and demanded huge amount like 15k for replacing the back light strips for a 55 inch tv. Politely asked him why the amount is too high. He was very arrogant in his reply and told me to take back TV in original condition. He literally damaged the TV and I couldnt repair it anywhere after that.Back light cost is around 4500 for 4 strips for 55 inch tv and the labour charge will be around 2k to 3k. Total charge will be around 7.5k at maximum level. This guy was demanding 15K.( Single star because I have no option to give zero star )No work ethics. Not recommended.
