Why you are asking to come and collect at ur premise? Dont u have delivery guys? We are payed for end to end delivery. Bt i think some lazy persons ask customers to come and collect at pothencode. I think i should highlight this matter to the DTDC tvm head.

Lazy people. Wont even deliver the package to the place. Other courier like bluedart, FedEx, Amazon and flipkart delivers the product to home and these people ask to come to their office and collect the package. If they dont have option to deliver why do they accept the package. Worst courier service.
