Mulnayak: Nearly 45 cms high, black-coloured idol of Bhagwan Parshvanath in the Padmasanaposture. There is an umbrella of 9 hoods over the head of the idol.Tirth: It is in the Posaliya village.Historicity: There are many names of Bhagwan Parshvanath. There are many reasons behind it.Due to some special historical event that has happened, due to some person behind the idol ortemple being made or due to the name of the town, city or village where the temple is located. ThisBhagwan is called Posali Parshvanath after the name of the village Posaliya where the temple is.This temple was built by the Sangha in the year 1750 of the Vikram era. On the idol there is aninscription of the year 1745. The idol of Bhagwan Parshvanath is miraculous. Many devotees fromdifferent places visit the temple to offer their prayers.
