Usually pretty good but the pumpkin spice latte I got tasted like black coffee. I have had times in the past with food being mixed up. Even after having this repeated back to us.

I love Tim Hortons, but I am so glad I do not live in this area. The whole service was sad and upsetting. I ordered three different coffees and when asking what it was I got no response. One was iced milk and another look and tasted like the employer was putting her cigarette ashes in. If you do not like your job please leave and do not take it out on other people.

Ordered a large Ice Cap at 5:15 p.m., September 13th. At the drive thru....Employee collected my the money then handed me a horrible excuse for an Ice Cap....pure liquid, no firmness what so ever.I immediately told the employee I didnt want it and would like my money back. The employee said they couldnt take it back. I asked to speak to manager.A woman came over to the drive thru window.... with an attitude and said Whats your problem I assume she was the manager even though she clearly didnt behave like one. I told her I didnt want the ice cap and would like my money back. She raised her voice and said....No, we dont do that, throw it away in the garbage cannister I said its just liquid its not the way ice caps should be...She said throw it away then.Will never be back....thats no way to treat a customer. She acted as though the ice cap was toxic, even though I tried to hand it back immediately.Manager should be FIRED.

Been messed up the last 8 times I went just went Tonight got 4 medium frozen hot chocolates the menu said 2.99 for the medium they said sorry no whip cream I said ok and it 2as fine make them anyways then I get to the window she comes takes my card and mumbles something sounded like 16. Something and I was thinking did I hear her right then gave me the card back no recipe then another handed me the drinks I pull out and my phone dings and the bill was $16.42 so it was 4 something for tax on it wth

Came here at 5:20am on Sunday 9/12 they grumply told me there was no food ready yet (they opened at 5:00) and it wouldnt be ready till about 5:45.. I laughed then drove to Dunkin Donuts where they had everything hot and ready to go! Thanks for nothing Tim Hortons!

Decaf coffee was cold. Toasted bagel was barely even warm. Was definitely not toasted. Donuts were fine.

They clearly saw my car but didn’t care. I guess seeing a person get pulled over is so much more ENTERTAINING than their JOB in which you guys are paying them for by the HOUR.Never going to this tim hortons again and will recommend friends and family to avoid this awful Tim Horton’s.Young female and male workers (two of them) should be fired with more efficient and focused workers. Not distracted by things that are of NO concern to them. *False Advertising* Drove all the way to this location at 3am because their Google maps business hours said that they were open 24hrs, also their large sign out front of the store says Open 24hrs, it literally takes less the 5 minutes to update your hours on Google for this we were really upset/disappointed to find out that theyre not open

Can never make the coffee right (usually no sugar), i bought tim bits for my 18 month old and they tasted and smelled like mothballs! This is the nastiest tim hortons i have ever visited. I give it a try every couple months just to see if they fixed anything but everytime i go it seems to have gotten worse! They need to be shut down!

First trip to a Hortons. The dining area had several flies buzzing around. Staff was playing heavy metal on a bluetooth speaker. Then to top it off the false advertising on the menu board is just shameful. (see pic) Chicken nugget cut in half and arranged on the bun to make the sandwich look full. Wont be back

They almost never have tim bits. And last time I went there, they didnt bother to give us a bag for our food, when we politely asked for one the manager and the worker gave us a rude look and scoffed. Handed it to us and slammed the window. They werent like that before. Really isnt worth going there anymore.

Disappointing. The coffee wasnt fresh and this was a 1st time ever for Tim Hortons. They even had gotten my timbit order wrong.

They dont even sell donuts after 10:00 a.m. 10:00 a.m.. Prices keep going up every other month.

Worst Tims around. Never get the simplest order correct, long waits, terrible coffee. I purposely inconvenience myself to go to a better location. Again, garbage. How do you make coffee this bad? Is it just a cheap owner? It tastes like hot water with half a teaspoon of used coffee grounds in it.

I really wish this was a good Tim’s. It’s just around the corner from my house, but it’s just not worth going. Their coffee is super weak, their service is super slow. Go to the Tim’s up the road... it’s much better.

The place was disgusting. There was not a single clean table when I walked in and all throughout the air were flies. And all the staff seem to care about was flirting with each other and socializing. And there were dead bugs all over the floor by the couches. Never going back

Came thru drive thru a few minutes ago in silver Jeep Liberty ordered ice cap and a double double and a medium pop got a ice coffee instead of pop I ordered a pop cause I’m allergic to coffee took one sip and realize you gave me coffee with ice cubes had to toss it out and go by a pop from gas station so I could take Benadryl so I don’t get hives. Pay attention to the orders for gods sake my husband and son got their drinks and I got to take Benadryl

My first time here at Pine Grove location. The first impression of the outside of the building was terrible. Weeds overgrown, trash blowing in the wind.... not good. They didnt have any croissants left. I got a different sandwich and the English muffin was cold and un cooked. Most likely wont go back.

At 8:45 a.m. I bought a sausage egg n cheese meal. Coffee good , hash brown o k, breakfast sandwich room temperature. Ive had better breakfast sandwiches at the Speedway across the road.

A little disappointed that I was unable to get hash browns at 10:49am. I was told they usually serve untill 11am, but decided to stop early. My Canadian Maple donut tasted like it had been there a long time. Workers seemed unsure when we walked in. Manager did greet us & smiled a welcoming smile.

The only thing that could make this place better is a frequent flyer card for the coffee, every so many cups & you get a free one! Yeah... Do that, and Ill gladly keep coming, instead of when I only run out of coffee at home :)My son loves the tim-bits, so I get them for my son when hes in a bad mood, because bite size donuts are perfect for the little guy.

Yum. I LOVE my bagel. Although somehow they keep hearing me say toasted, double cream cheese but repeating my order with double toast, single cream cheese. Thats weird, right?

Even with a new employee at the register (1st day), the order was complete and provided in a courteous and very short time. I would return here. Good job to all!

Horrible service in the AM, they never have any croissants in the morning hardly any bagels made. Also if you buy Tim bits you get the leftovers from the previous day instead of fresh. Never buying from this location ever again.

Dont go there much its too expensive.

The exterior needs a dedicated landscaping team. Always full of weeds around the building. The interior is very best up with cracks and gouges in the walls. Bathrooms need to be updated.

Staff is nice, but not one really knew what they were doing. They moved about like lost puppies, and messed up numerous orders including putting a hot beverage in a plastic cup. Would not recommend.

Twice have gone to drive thru and they have thrown out donuts turned off cap machine 2 hours before closing what is problem

I have not frequented coffee shops a lot in the past, but I stopped at this Tims on a whim and it is now my favorite coffee place. The employees are very nice and my orders are perfect everytime. Management is nice to the employees as well (they dont scream at them like some restaurants do). My favorite manager/supervisor is the one with blue hair.

Good coffee. Good smoothies. My kids love the donuts. The food is not good at all though.

Go here all the time there fast efficient and if you see a line dont worry it goes fast. Only problem is they talk way to fast on the drive through hard to know what your getting half the time. Overall good service nice people.

Best coffee

Last week we were in there, the employees were waiting around for their checks and swearing. They also had the napkins facing inside the counter so i waited in line to ask fir one byt they did not serve me. This time, i needed some more creamer and i waited in line to be served but they just took the people behind me. 2 stars beacause even though they were really rude, they still gave me the correct order.

I can not believe a coffee franchise, not having decaffeinated coffee after 2:30. Also I have got my decaffeinated coffee cold numerous times. Very inconvenient, as my husband then pulls around and goes in to get me a hot one. This visit was fine, but I can honestly say, one out of five times Is unacceptable. Dunkin donuts and. Starbucks, sale HOT decaffeinated coffee all day long.

Continuously serving burnt coffee. Such a disappointment. When done right, Tim Hortons coffee is superior compared to all others. However when served overly brewed and bitter, not so good... The gal at the window was friendly though...hence the 2 star review... if based on coffee alone -5☆

Was going there daily! Today though, lete tell you, waited in the drive thru for 17 minutes. While I waited this long I seen theme give the vehicle in front of me a jug of coffee, 5 minutes later they give the their donut wholes. There was only the vehicle in front of me and no one else in the dining area. Not to mention after receiving my order it was wrong again. They always forget to add my shot of espresso!!!

Breakfast sandwiches were cold. The English muffins were uncooked.The bagel had very little cream cheeseI should have driven up the street. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Usually I dont have a problem with this particular Tim Hortons but a few minutes ago my mom ordered 2 Bacon & Egg wraps come to find out not even one piece of bacon. As for my food I had my standard go to. Sausage egg & cheese biscuits. My problem? Food was lukewarm and I couldnt eat either of my biscuits because the bottoms were so hard. Im disappointed not only because my hockey puck lukewarm biscuits with unmelted cheese, but also that my mom wasted money on bacon that she never got. PS I They werent busy at that moment only 1 car in the drive thru ahead of us. Truly disappointed.

I like Tim’s it’s always good value and this one is no different but I was really shocked at how dirty the card reader keypad was. This is the second Tim’s that I have experienced this problem. This one was really filthy. I think the problem is that because the Server does not have to handle the card reader, as would happen at a regular restaurant, that it gets overlooked during their cleaning regiment, something that needs fixing at all of their stores. In this case i pointed it out to the Manager and then I used the washroom before eating my food.

This Port Huron location I have nothing nice to say. I wanted chocolate shake and a strawberry shake. Waiting. Waiting. Finally the girl ask meAnything else you want? How about the shakes I ordered.

I am a Tim Hortons addict, but these guys struggle to get a simple single coffee order correct sometimes. There is a very high turn around rate on staff so they seem to always be training new employees which leads to slow service and mistakes. :/

There is no menu in the store. So if you come in you have to know the menu before coming in.

I had fast service, but not particularly friendly. The donuts were cold...didnt expect fresh and WARM, but not cold would have been nice.

Customer service is always terrible by the same girl that’s on window every morning. Went there before 10 & she’s always not smiling says a dull thank you if you get lucky. Terrible every time she’s on window, everyone else seems to know how to be polite but her.

Went there last night the person taking the order was beyond annoyed and showing. Didnt cut a panini in half that was sloppy made a 2 year old could of done a better job. I called to complain. A girl answered and of course I asked for a manager. She was rude and snappy telling me one isnt there. That she is a supervisor. She tried to justify his actions as he is tired because he works 2 jobs. Which doesnt matter when you are in any type of customer service. I worked 4 jobs at once and I am also a supervisor at one current job. No matter the situation customer is always right. You always have a good attitude about your job during presence of customers. I am never going back to this location. I will tell everyone I know. Also this isnt my first bad orrcurence with this location. Maybe if they didnt hire children it might actually have good experience.

Coffee was good, panini I had was not the best, lettuce was wilted ,it was hard to cut, Boston creme donut I bought was just put in a bag with no paper sleeve around to keep the chocolate near the donut. I had it to go and by the time I ate it most of the chocolate was on the bag. One good thing about I had creme with the first bite and lots of creme followed
