Always friendly and helpful

I moved to this area and stopped by to fill my prescription. I was informed my insurance isnt accepted at rite aid. The pharmacist welcomed me to the area and continued to be professional and polite even after we discovered I wont be able to shop here. If my insurance ever changes I will be back. Maybe people are just more friendly in this state but I wasnt expecting that.

These ladies are so much fun. Real people. Theyll stop and have a conversation with you if your feeling down. Oh..and a great rite aid itself. 😆

You could not talk to anyone

Staff has always been helpful and friendly. I switched from Marysville location several years ago and have been very happy. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Keep up the good work guys!!

Its a Rite Aid! Lol!! Nice and clean store with very helpful pharmacists! Nice employees all the way through!! I like how this store is no longer laid out sideways but back to normal of horizontal lines to ship in. You are not zig zagging around anymore. Good!! Lol!

EDIT: I have to come back and leave a special compliment for miss Brenda in the pharmacy. Not only is she always kind and helpful, she always takes the time to answer all of my dumb questions without hesitation. I never feel like a bother when Brenda is assisting me which is more than I can say for the other pharmacy staff in the area.I can only speak to the quality of the pharmacy staff at this location. I changed pharmacies from Walgreens on 10th because the pharmacy staff at Walgreens were extremely rude. Now that I am at Rite Aid I am treated with respect and concern every time I speak with the staff. I am so happy I changed to this Rite Aid for my medications. They are always prompt and friendly. Thank you Rite Aid pharmacy staff! You have restored my faith in customer service.

This pharmacy is by the far the rudest I have ever dealt with. There is no talking to them, on the phone or in store. On the phone, they keep saying bye as I am trying to talk and ask questions. They always have an attitude and never fill requests like putting something on autofill. They always mess up such as not charging the insurance for the medicine and then they take a long time when I notice it to go back and put it through them. As long as a different pharmacy will take my familys insurance, I will never return to this place to get any medications filled unless it is in a different town where they actually treat their customers with respect.

When they call and leave a message to call them back they hang up on you and have attitudes when you keep trying to call them back both the store and pharmacy employees

I am very frustrated and unhappy with the service at this pharmacy, they areExtremely disorganized and unhelpful. Ive even been given the wrong medication and I dont take that lightly. carelessness like that could cost someone their life.

Web says they are open until 10pm we pulled into the parking lot at 9:10 and guess what. Closed up tight. Not good when your sick

HORRIBLE service by the pharmacy. Called multiple times, when I finally got through to a person I was rushed through the call and my questions were not answered clearly and in full. When I called back later I was told to “call back” when another associate could be in. I had a hospital issued prescription for pain and now I sit as I wait longer and take more ibuprofen. This is my first time using Rite Aid and will also be my last.

Pharmacy takes too long to fill scripts and many times has to order few days. Isles blocked. Have to walk around for cashier to check out. Not enough staff
