Worth the drive the staff and Dr are amazing! They have a great selection of glasses with very reasonable prices, what i love is that if they have your prescription in stock you can walk out with your new glasses I dont know any other place that offers that..

I always had a really good experience coming here until the last time. Fine for glasses, but do not order contacts through these guys. Before my exam, the receptionist told me it would be around $270 (for astigmatism) for their contact offer because they do a package deal for fitting them. I think the Dr. I got is newer to this office, and during my appointment the Dr. showed me the catalog of contacts and told me the ones he’d recommend (30 dailies for $34 or something). After the appointment I told the receptionist what the doctor recommended and that I didn’t need the $270 appointment for contacts. She then told me that it would be $399 for astigmatism contact/trial offer package whatever they do. $130 more than the original price she gave me. I told her it’s okay, I will order them elsewhere, when she proceeded to tell me she couldn’t release my prescription without me going through their offer. I had her write it out before I left so I could order them online.I ordered a months worth of daily contacts through 1-800-contacts and received them in a few days for less than $80. I have worn contacts before so I know what works and feels comfortable to me, wouldn’t recommend this for a first time wearer, however don’t fall for their scheme.

Ive been satisfied, I still have a pair maybe 5 years old (yes i need a new pair, but Im out of town) that are still holding up, Ive even sat on them like 5 times at least!

Super pleasant customer service, and they get you in and out as quickly as possible. The Drs the sweetest lady in the world, prices are reasonable (most are covered by insurance), and they have most pairs of glasses ready for you the next day no matter how busy they are, unless they have to order you a special pair. Even then, its only usually about 1 week. Replacement glasses/lenses price is very reasonable. Ive been going there since I was in my late teens and wont go anywhere else! To me, they are the best, and Im going to continue giving them my business!😁

Great service and got everything done in one day

Made an appointment for glasses for myself and my mom - Updated our phone number so it was current/told them what insurance we had all that stuff. Day of appointment comes - no confirmation call so we call them. We have to cancel the appointment because they all of a sudden dont take our insurance - when we told them weeks ago when we made the appointment. When I called and asked what happened they said Oh, our computer didnt save the new number - weve been leaving messages. So this is my fault? No - terrible professionalism and incompetence.

I was able to schedule an eye exam next day. They knew exactly what my insurance would cover and they didnt try to upsell me. I began my exam at Noon and was wearing new glasses at 4pm. The only reason it took so long is I requested a gradient tint. I paid nothing. Absolutely nothing. Ill never go to any of those big chain locations ever again.

This place is great! Im new to the whole a kidxhaving glasses. But every time she scratched her lens, they would take care of it right away! If her frames need to be fixed they did it!! They are very nice and friendly! My daughter loves the glasses she gets from them!

My son zak is 10.He got his eyes examined their,and they didnt inform me before I left. I called back the next day and they said he needed bifocals or two different sets of glasses.so I went to Mercy in Fort Gratiot and they said he was only nearsighted.
