I see the PA or NP Erin she sits and listens to everything that is going on makes sure she goes over what she feels is the best plan of treatment and then goes and discusses the case with Dr. Haijjar really great staff very friendly not really any issue except for once when one of the receptionist was most likely having a bad day
This office willingly put a disabled patient at risk by ensuring she could not get treatment. She is unable to drive and cant afford cab fare as she is on SSI and money is very limited. She needed paperwork filled out to receive transportation through her insurance. The office refused to do it until she came to the office, which she could not do due to the transportation issue. Instead of handling the problem over the phone, the receptionist demanded to know how she gets around for things like shopping and was annoyed to hear that the woman doesnt. She questioned why she couldnt take the bus or just get a cab. The patient explained about the SSI and that she can barely walk to the sidewalk, let alone three blocks to the bus stop. The office refused to fill out the paperwork, causing the patient to have to cancel her appointments with her neurologist, an ENT specialist, the cardiologist, her endocrinologist, her optometrist, and a dentist. Plus her appointment with this said doctors office. Please be wary of this office. Dr Hajjar obviously doesnt care about his patients!
Excellent treatment and office
