Waited 4 weeks for service call but at least he showed up and the work was done. Cleaned up no mess. Paid by calling the office with my credit card. Boom done. Most of the electrical places I called never even called back. Thank you TNT I have a functional dishwasher. I am a happy lady. You will be the first I call if I ever need electrical work done. We have used TNT before to do a small job at our duplex. I had the pleasure of talking to them today about another small job. Great conversation with the owner about business practices. They showed up on time, and this was after I had to cancel the estimate at the very last minute yesterday. Knowledgeable and professional.. very pleased.

Overall great experience with TNT Electric. I requested assistance for a family member in St. Clair county having an issue with a breaker/fuse box issue. The TNT receptionist was friendly and helpful in getting an appointment scheduled. The TNT technician arrived on time, were friendly and professional, quickly repaired the issue and explained all measures taken. We had a tree fall over our service line and tore it off the side of the house. Dte would not do any repairs due to the live wire under the tree.Tnt sent their techs out and pulled the livf wire apart and reattached new wire and components needed to my house .I called them in the morning and by mid sfternoon they had it all done with just shutting the power down for snout an hour.I will definitely hire this compsny again if I need work done.

Fast, professional, and insightful. I was goung to do the work myself, ran into a safety issue. When i called they came out the same day. I had the parts so it only took them 20 minutes. Very happy from the office worker to the field tech.
