The pause feature on the back bathing unit is broken, so instead of getting 7 minutes to wash your dog for $7.00, you end up rushing and hoping you have enough time to rinse them off since you can’t pause the system to properly wash your dog. Was not a good experience for my first visit & I won’t be back. Too bad, because other than that the facility was nice & clean... but I can’t speed wash my 85lb. GSD.
