CALL this family run business when you need appliance repair. They went above and beyond and I WILL call them for future repairs. Definitely recommend to all.

We recently moved to the area, and the folks at Dependable have come through in a big way for us...TWICE. The first was when they helped us set up our washer/dryer after moving in. The company we got the appliances from never showed up for the install, and Dependable was the only shop willing to help us. Friendly, great first impression, and hey, we had clean undies again! The second was when our oven broke three days before we had do a ton of baking for our sons grad party. Dependable had a nice used stove in stock for a great price, and installed it in no time! It works perfectly, and looks brand new! Again, friendly installers and a great impression! Gotta say these folks have created a customer for life, and I can see why they get good Google reviews. Thank you all!

I bought a washer and dryer a few months ago from here for less than anywhere else I could find them while also getting new hoses, hookups, delivery, and install. Today I had them come and do a repair on my fridge that was way quicker, easier, cheaper, and friendlier than I would have expected. Im so glad Ive chosen to go with Dependable Used Appliances.

Dependable? That’s a joke! Been trying for months to get my washer/dryer fixed, all they do is dodge my calls I have children and have to rely on using other peoples washer/dryer. Why sell something if you’re not gonna stand behind your product! Might want to change your name!

Bought a dryer here 2 months ago.. was told it would be under a 90 day warranty then when It quit working yesterday I called them to get help they told me my warranty was expired.... i processed to then have a professional come look at it and I was told the dryer was doctored up and Im very lucky my house didnt catch fire... and considering I only had to buy the dryer in the 1st place bc I had a house fire tht made me lose everything.... I was not impressed...I would not recommend buying anything from dependable appliance... not dependable at all. I mean if u wanna waist ur money then this is the place to go.

My husband and I bought a washer and dryer from them and our dryer stopped working 2 weeks after we got it. So they came and got it to fix it which they ended up having for almost 2 months and forgot it was there because they put a sheet over it! Once we got it back it still didnt work they told us they would get back to is once they talked to someone that may be able to fix. That was in February we are now in August and its still sitting in my basement not working! My washing machine stopped working in the end of June and they told us they would get to it and we still havent heard from them! I will never buy from or recommend them to anyone for appliances.

Courteous and friendly. Reasonable prices. Decent selection. Even delivery fee was relatively inexpensive. Owner went out of her way to ensure we got exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted. Delivery team was awesome too!! Will be first place I go if need something similar again.

Terrible customer service company tells you they will fix the issue and never do! I wouldn’t recommend them to a enemy! Not how you do business you should stand behind the products you’re selling and not promise a customer you will fix something then forget about it and just ignore their calls! Absolutely a sketchy company!!!!

Bought a fridge that quit working within 2 days. First they sent someone out that said it was Canadian so the dials were backwards (still warm when dials turned the other way) brought us a loaner fridge that was smaller than the one we purchased and that was nearly three weeks ago. They also took our side by side stainless steel fridge that was no longer cooling and told us we would get a credit for it. Well still no credit either. So we have paid nearly $400 for a used apartment style top freezer fridge. Would not take the risk here again.

The owner will stand by his word and making sure that he gives his customers great service He went out of his way to service a fridge after hours for us. Him and his wife are good business people and we will keep referring people to them. Great place. The help was more than I could ask for, very informative employees and great looking used appliances. When buying there its just like buying new, I got a 60 day warranty on a used appliance and thats what sold me on buying these gourgous used ones. There selection is wide range there not one appliance in there I wouldnt buy. Found my new appliance shop and hes local what more could I ask for. Dave does great work and isnt going to gouge. He does the work for our agencys buildings, from installing gas lines to appliance repair hes done outstanding work each time. Fast response and good work earns repeat business!

Very dependable. The have taken care of us with refrigerators, washers and dryers and freezers.

Would recommend them to anyone. Service was quick, staff was super sweet and they got my new (to me) dryer in my SUV with no problems. Took less than 30 minutes from start to finish and I didnt feel like I overpaid.

Dave did an Excellent job, on repairing my 16 yr old dryer. It works Great, I started using it right away.

When my husband and I moved into a new rental, we needed a house full of appliances. We ended up buying a used gas range and a Maytag HE washer/dryer set from this place. The people here were unbelievably patient and helpful. We didnt find quite what we were looking for at the main location, so they took us to the warehouse and let us look around. My dad was with me, and he is retired and loves to talk, and took up a LOT of their time. They were all very patient and polite, despite obviously having work to do. The appliances were delivered on time, in perfect refurbished condition, and carefully installed. I had a problem with my washer about seven months later, and the repair guys came out on a holiday weekend to take care of it for me.I would recommend these wonderful people to anyone, and Id go back to them before buying any new appliance. Five stars. Id give them six if I could.

Great service and really honest people. For instance, the owner came out to look at a couple dead, at least I thought, gas clothes dryer to trade for parts to get a new one at his shop. He saw that I had a quality dryer had the parts and he fixed it. With a warranty to top it off. Great ma n pa shop with great service.

Great store if your looking for refurbished washer and dryer. Couple that run the store are super friendly, and do what they can to make your visit the best. Id go back anytime, and refer them with no hesitation.

I wasnt sure if our stove was leaking gas or not. I went there in search of a new one as I was not wanting to take chances. The woman there was very helpful. She did not push me into buying a new appliance. She offered assistance in helping me diagnose what might be wrong with my current stove. She offered to send a repairman. It was totally up to me. I was very indecisive as I also hated to put money into an older stove. I showed her a photo of what I deemed to be my older stove. She could have at that time even agreed with me and told me YES, it is an old stove and got me to buy one of hers, but she did not. She told me it is NOT an older stove. It is relatively new. She was very patient with me while I went home to think about it. Upon my return she and another associate answered other questions I had and were not pushy whatsoever. I bought a medium priced stove. Their appliances come with a 60 day warranty. I even believe that if it was 61 days, they are the kind of people that would not be particular and still help you out. They are sincerely nice folks. She assured me that she understood my hesitation and all the concerns I had. They delivered it when they said they would, were careful with the installation, very polite and even bought my old one from me.

They fix and clean the appliances so well that they look almost brand new and the prices are affordable!

I bought a washer and dryer set less than a year ago in March, spent close to $600. I do appreciate that there is a 90 day warranty but 4 months later my dryer broke and 10 months later my washer is broke as well. I understand its refurbished but expected a little more life out of them. Now less than a year I have to replace them both. Very disappointed.

Friendly, honest people that stand behind their work and products. If you find your purchase isnt right they will make it right ASAP. I even received some free advice that will help me avoid problems in the future on my dryer. I will go back again. I wish all businesses I deal with were like this one.

First off once again, i would like to say thank you. My experience was one I will never forget, let me share it with you. OK well my fridge stoped working and by the time we caught it of course it was to late and we lost it all, Im talking $300 $400 in meat. So I goto dependable used appliances because they have been around for 5 or 6 yrs now so i think obviously they are doing something right. So I get there walk in looking around and ask this wonderful woman named Miss Kathy where are the used appliances? And she giggled answering with, mister these are all used appliances and I felt silly at that point carried on with my shopping. Long story short I ended up buying all new appliances, washer dryer fridge and stove I even got a beautiful standup freezer but heres the best part i got a 60 day warranty on used appliances, who does that? DEPENDABLE USED APPLIANCES DOES.. They gave me such a great deal on these so called used appliances lol I had to buy them all. I will and do recommend them to all in need of an appliance you will not be disappointed!!
